BC GAME CAN NOT WITHDRAW $2,200, WITHDRAWAL SUSPENDED.

Hello Everyone,

I tried withdrawing $2,200 affiliate commissions from BCGame, but they refunded it and suspended my withdrawals. Support does not have the authority to help me, and they told me I HAVE TO contact the marketing managers. The managers are ghosting me. Before making withdrawals I swapped the coins to my desired coins, for that reason I have wagered the required amount too. I did my identity verification also.

Any reason that was given as to why your withdrawal was suspended?

Thanks for trying to help me .I placed a withdrawal and they refunded the money and got withdrawal suspended error. Yes, the amount still reflecting in my account.
No reason was given to me and told me to contact marketing manager. I do not have their contact and did not try the given email.

Since how long have you been facing the problem? And when did you send an email to their marketing team? Have you withdrawn your affiliate commission before? There could be several reasons for such issues. It will take some time if there are any errors in calculating your commissions. Otherwise, this problem can happen for self-affiliation or referring people of restricted countries. Can you add some screenshots here which reflect your issue?

I believe I can get my contacts [I am mostly in touch with compliance department] to reach someone from marketing division. I tend to think they know the root of the problem too, though, given the suspended affiliate commision is quite likely related to the compliance flagging you.

I am not defending the BC game, but there should be some valid reason for the suspension of your withdrawal. Unless BC games don't show the valid reasons, if your allegation is true, then they should release your withdrawal. I assume something is wrong there; otherwise, the BC game shouldn't scam you for two thousand dollars. They are giving big withdrawal amounts per day, so two thousand dollars is nothing for them.

I hope the BC game support team will attend to this thread. So just make sure you haven't abused the system. Make sure you aren't earning commission from your own account, and BC game detects this abuse. I am just asking about possible abuse; you might be right from your end. But if you didn't convert it to your desired coin, would it have been possible to withdraw it instantly without wagering? Is this the first time your affiliate commissions got blocked?

Yes, the rule is under their " Swap Policy ". If I did not convert, It would have been possible to withdraw instantly. One thing is that- not to much wager needed, just something % . First time my commissions got blocked. I PM'ed  "BC.Game Support" .I'll surely PM your suggested OP , thanks.

Me too, let's wait for the support to clarify it when HD gets back. I just happen to withdraw some of my bonuses recently and it went smoothly and saw this thread then.

The first commissions and withdrawals you've got didn't went through the swap? maybe that's the issue but we'll wait and see if that's the actual issue.

I would like to make it clear that  before withdrawing my commissions - I swapped all my commissions to one crypto and processed for withdrawal. Whenever I got error message I thought this might be happened due to swap policy. I wagered to be eligible to withdraw but withdrawal issue remained same.

I got that email address from the affiliates sections. It's the one the affiliates can use to communicate with the marketing team in case they have any queries or need any help. Maybe you can write to them through it in case the alternatives you have tried are not fruitful. But please wait to do so until you first get a response from the avenues you have tried so far.

For the record, this is one of the reason why one specific casino retract themselves from the forum and shift their dispute resolution methods to channeling into one method only, that creates a huge backlog, that, in a way, make the players' situation unnecessarily become more difficult. Because people keep urging others to announce their situation on the ANN and nudge all of their contact, that's basically create chaos as the player now have "multiple" tickets.



OP, bahnu31, got your UID both by PM and here. I haven't been able to reach my contact yesterday because I usually let all of my contacts on every casino alone during their weekend unless it's urgent, plus I was busy myself yesterday that I can only pop into the forum to update my list [otherwise it'll become a backlog for myself].

I've reached them just now, first thing in the morning, with your UID and ask them if they can escalate this to the marketing division or give me an insight themselves of what happened. Please wait.

And don't post on their ANN. It'll only add another headache for me as I'll have to oversee two different threads simultaneously to be sure I didn't lose any update from their officials in case they replied you themselves there.

The escalation was done by HD, and it seems that there was already a result about it being unlocked. We can't conclude anything as to why it happened to you but if it's okay already, check it as he said. And follow just what he said of not posting yet on their ann thread. So, hopefully if you come back, it's already resolved.

We all tried to know the details of your issue in depth, and 'holydarkness' has done the job here to resolve your issue very quickly. I guess your withdrawal was stuck for doing so many swaps at the same time. Did the marketing team give a reply to your email by describing the reason? Anyway, you should add 'resolved' by editing the title of this thread as you have received your withdrawal already.
