What happened::
I noticed that rollbit has many similar cases where they false accuse people of having multiple accounts just to not pay their funds. I saw many new threads from past months on this forum and wanted also share my expirence with this shady platform.
I deposited 1198$ and managed to win around 2000$, I had my account already verified and decided to cashout my winnings so I requested withdrawal of 3189USDC, It was put on hold but at first contact with live support I was told that everything is fine but after 24 hours they changed mind and started asking questions why am I playing there, after I replied to this questions they started accusing me of having multiple accounts. This is purley fake accusations like many people expirence with rollbit.
To Play at rollbit I did not use any VPN or any public wifi, I used my own personal phone only and mobile internet only so there is no chance that someone else was playing from my device or network. I also never registered any other account from my phone and the only account I have is fully verified.
After I saw many similar cases It looks for me that rollbit simply avoid paying out by making these accusations, if they really had real evidence on such multi accounting why they asking everyone to list other accounts instead of just applying a ban for breaking their ToS.
I wrote to their compliance@rollbit.com but I did not get any reply from them.

Most of their multiple account cases was brought up and handled by CG or AG which means they provide evidence for their multiple account accusations.

Their case on CG or AG will not closed if ever they don’t provide evidence on their claim. Most of the users having same issue usually related to each other or doing same trick that involves multiple account just to abused the casino offer.

Try to seek help on CG or AG if you are confident that you don’t violate their ToS.

Rollbit support usually gives the same reply to everyone who faces issues. The live support can't tell the exact reason of the issues. We have seen most of the issues to turn as 'sportsbook abuse' from the claim of multiple accounts of their live support. In your last screenshot, it says the issu is happening either for KYC verification or self-exclusion. You have already verified your account, and I hope the self-exclusion related message is just a system setup. I could be wrong here, but your issue might end as sportsbook abuse. Were you ever limited or banned in other sportsbooks?

My account got disabled after 1 day of pending withdrawal, when I requested withdrawal it was fully functional. My account is 3lvl verified and I did not self excluded. I got limited on sportsbook but I did not any abuse, just regular bets, maybe I got limited because I was betting on low tier esport matches and made profits there but I did not do any abuse or exploit of stake limit.
If they don't want me to Play on their platform anymore and limit my account why they accusing me of multiple accounts and avoid paying out my balance. This is not legit service but shady abusive practice.
I already made a complain on CG but i don't think so they will reply there like to many other cases.
Why other casinos don't have such many cases of this thing? This only says that they abuse that hard to avoid paying winnings.

Well, that's the main point here. You have been limited at Rollbit Sportsbook. Have you been limited at any other sportsbook except Rollbit? These decisions usually come from the odds provider of the sportsbook. Although sportsbook (itself) occasionally apply the bet limitation to the profitable players manually. CasinoGuru doesn't deal with the sports betting related issues. I doubt that Rollbit will reverse the decision here. There is a chance to get the refund of your deposited funds.

Do you defend rollbit and trying to say that if am I making profits from betting I,m banned by defaulft at rollbit and others sportsbooks? If you say i should get refund of my deposit what is the point of playing if in case you will make any profits, your money will be seized due false accusations.

Unfortunately, you could still be connected to another user's IP address if you have used mobile data/cellular data internet to use Rollbit. I know this because each time you enable/disable your data connection from the phone settings, it gives you a different IP address, which could be used by a different rollbit user from your country.

If you don't believe me, you can do a test by yourself. Turn off your wifi. Turn on your mobile data internet connection and check your IP. Turn off your internet for a few seconds and turn it on again, check your IP again, and boom! Your IP changed. There is a possibility that you have used an IP which has used by another Rollbit user from your country.

I think the casinos never tested it and they don't know about it. You should always use a unique IP address/internet connection to play on a casino. If you are not guilty, I wish your issue get solved soon.

Not with above step already taken. Once a case was asked to be escalated to compliance, the cases are out of both my and Razer's hand as Razer can not intervene with the process itself. All we can do now is wait.

That'll mean your email is still in the queue and haven't been addressed yet. It'll probably be a long process, but once you got the email, update us, as it means the case is begin to be addressed by their compliance division [which I think severely currently backlogged]
