Nowhere in your post did you mention how the users are going to be able to convert that token to something more common, such as Bitcoin, or maybe a well-known stablecoin, such as USDT, and then withdraw it.

I don't need an account with a token in it, or monthly yields; I'm being asked to complete a task for a reward, and I want my reward to be received in my wallet.

If you are really paying that money from your pocket, as you claim, then escrow some funds using a trusted member of this forum who will distribute them to those who complete the requirements, and then we will think about it.
