Other youtubers I watch explicitly mention if they are sponsored but some may want to be more discreet about being paid to promote something.

Why not? Modern advertising methods can have quite sophisticated forms. Therefore, I would not be surprised if a video of this kind was sponsored by a casino. To be honest, it is quite strange when a video that should discourage gamblers from casinos shows positive moments with winnings and gamblers' jubilation.

However,  I wouldn't be surprised that it was the case since companies can engage in diverse unethical business practices just to increase profit. I think yes. Just as when some gambler watches a video of a streamer winning the max multiplier can inspire the gambler to go and try to emulate the same success of the streamer, the same can be said if a gambler watches a video where good advice is given to stop somehow gambling addiction.
