Superiority is now clear, even though it has seen new ATHs the so called copycats couldn't keep up, although it's not over for them yet and from events happening here and there even our bitcoin hasn't performed the way it used to go straight up in a consistent upward trend but altcoins are merely suckers that really has no specific impact but depends on what bitcoin does to do similar.

I observed this too but this seasons is a kind of deviation from what we have seen in the past about cryptocurrency in general. This is definitely the reason people are beginning to wonder when altcoin season will be because as Bitcoin have remained the only. It simply means that Trump is unable to fine a way to make altcoin season come despite the efforts he made and even lauunvhem yet no success. Maybe launching of ETF in ETH and other cryptocurrency will attract more investors to altcoins and we might see some changes in that regards.

Its because this bullrun is different, money concentrated and only going to bitcoin. We can simply see the inflow of BTC and compare it to ETH.

BTC inflow on ETF is several folds higher than ETH despite ETH supposedly in a bullrun after pectra upgrade.

The fact that institutional money has become the integral part of this bullrun, the main mover also means these money hardly gonna go to some random alts, probably just limited to altcoins with potential of being approved for its ETF proposal.

Overall, don't expect much from alt but focuses more on BTC.

There is indeed no prohibition on investing in altcoins because this is a person's freedom. However, I also believe that no matter how good the altcoin ecosystem or other advanced features are, Bitcoin remains number one in the crypto world and having it is a must to achieve financial freedom in the future. Bitcoin will continue to create new ATHs, especially after entering the four-year cycle, Bitcoin always rises significantly. Sometimes many beginners follow suit in buying altcoins, in reality they invest in altcoins with the ultimate goal of being diverted to bitcoin. So be wise in making decisions in investing in crypto.

It's okay to participate in buying altcoins and trading them until later they will accumulate money into Bitcoin. For me, that is one way that needs to be supported by paying attention to elements that do not make people trapped in get-rich-quick schemes.

It's a pure risk to invest in new alt that is newly launched while most of old alts like Ethereum are very much hocked with Bitcoin price. I don’t always encourage altcoins investment, but no matter what you say, some people will still want to invest in altcoins, but if you are investing in altcoins, then you should invest with just little amount of money, most of your money is suppose to be in bitcoin investment. Also when investing in altcoins, then we should anything to happen at any moment. Am always having confidence in bitcoin that whenever the price is dropping, as long as you can hold, then it’s going to bounce back even if it’s going to take some time, but whenever some altcoins start dumping, don’t be surprise that they not going to be recovering.

This has been the fact for long now, and it will continue to be the same because there are complete differences between them which we all know. The only reason I see that is tangible or comparing Bitcoin and Altcoin is because they are both cryptocurrencies, if not Bitcoin is completely different due it’s it’s decentralized nature and inability to be manipulated and it has always and will keep leading the crypto market.

Most altcoins can attain their All Time High anymore because if they can, they should have done that for long because Bitcoin that dumped to bellow $20k has regain itself and has attain another milestone and will keep going further, while I think Altcoins prices will just move a bit, I don’t think they can attain any all time high again so unless if we have altcoin sessions again which I don’t expect anytime soon due to the nature of this market.

I'm starting to believe that there won't be one. I'm holding a few different altcoins on Binance, most of them were acquired through airdrops or launchpools and when they were first introduced in the market, they were worth a substantial amount of money. However, their value just keeps dropping, and yes, they are likely a bunch of shtcoins, but this doesn't only apply to those I'm holding, but even in major altcoins that have been on the market for years. This has led me to believe that we won't see a major, or any, altcoin season anytime soon, with hopes to recoup some of their value slowly fading away.

Speculation is as old as the hills. Every cycle, people including many bitcoiners want something to speculate upon. For some, the itch for the 100 bagger will always be there and each bull market, some part of the market will come up with the narrative and the product to satisfy it.

It is possible that a key reason, altcoin activity is rather subdued this year is that BTC Treasury companies are satisfying that itch. Many OGs are heavy in these plays and a lot of money being made by the insiders!

You made really good point Bitcoin is very different from other cryptocurrencies because it truly decentralized and can not be easily controlled which is why it stays strong and leads market mostly seen as digital gold.

While some altcoins might have brief surges many people doubt they will reach their past highest prices again anytime soon. This is because money tends to flow back to Bitcoin especially when market is uncertain and altcoins mostly struggle to grow unless they have real world uses and strong communities.

You don't have to lose hope yet, wait upto the last minute of the bull market because you don't know what's going to happen. Things have changed drastically previously because of some good developments towards the market. I don't wish for the altcoins season not to happen because I have some altcoins too and I'll love it if some positive news can come around to  rearrange the market for we to have a good market period again and not the constant bad market we have been getting for some weeks now.

Altcoins won't first Bitcoin to start pumping during the main bull market, it's because of Bitcoin increasing that other cryptocurrency will begin to do well. It doesn't matter if other cryptocurrency doesn't get back to their previous ATH but they should give profits to those buying because alot of investors are going to be losing if the altcoins don't move.

What do you expect from cheap priced altcoins but only low value assets that will eventually lose its value once a mishap hits the market, and turn them into dead altcoins once their value fail to recover anymore. That’s how risky altcoins are, you don’t know if they will still grow and create progress or will die eventually later on.

One thing that is very opposite to bitcoin. Although bitcoin is highly volatile and unpredictable, but the fact that it has already proven its high value and potentials in its previous years, then you won’t doubt it anymore that it will surely reach its new all time high.
