You must always do thorough research and analysis before making your choice, like you said it's not going to guarantee a win but to be on that safe side it's better that you do all of that before placing a bet. As you have said already, gambling is something that we need to take it as it is, there is more effort for us to put in place, after taking into consideration the odds and other history that has been made by a particular team we are supporting.

Gambling comes also with having more knowledge about the specific game we are playing, for instance football, we need to know about it, watch and learn to get updates in it, so that we may apply some of these information to the game we play as we gamble.

If you want to win at sports betting, leave your hunches and fanaticism aside. You're risking your money, and it's better to be critical and focused on reality than to bet on Real Madrid, for example, because white is your favorite uniform.

But if money doesn't matter to you and you just want to enjoy the ride, then choose however you want.

It may be true for most small bets but for high stakes, you would want to see that you cover all angles before you place that big bet.

I am curious though. How do you manage to check the history of the referees before taking a choice on whether they are biased in favor of a team or not? Because, in my experience it is way easier to check the history of the players than those who are referees.
Actually, someone of the referees I have managed to identify and recognize in football/soccer has been due to their unfamous reputation in some important matches.

Anyhow, when comes to one's "heart" and data, it matters to have data on our hands to have a logical way to bet and wager our money, but since all matches mostly depend on luck our "heart/gut" also can be right by pure chance; and there is nothing wrong about it. It is part of what makes betting on sports so entertaining and important to bettors.

And they almost did it isn't it. In that series, no one thought that they will extend the series to game 7 and I must admit that I'm one of those who saw it like that. But then when they on the first game, I started to bet on them and won some money as well. But when we look at the data, the Pacers are really a big underdog, but still we uses our gut feeling and thinking that they can win the championship. It might not be that bad though, as sometimes our gut will work and can give us some money. But it seems that if we uses our educated mind, then it should be data. But there's nothing wrong with using our gut feeling sometimes, it's part of our emotions and there are times that we really go and follow that despite what the numbers are saying to us.

Is easy tips a platform for soccer betting tips ? If not what do you mean by it, that you read different platform tips online and choose the one which has the biggest percentage to win maybe. I also used to bet with my heart many years ago and the results were a complete failure for me, in my city betting for the team I am a fan of as I was believing what the club management was saying that they fight for the Championship while that year we barely managed to not being relegated and I lost almost every bet placed on them. That is why I never bet with heart anymore, only rational choices can increase your chances to win.

I am a strange person, I usually look at the data and depending on how I feel at the moment it happens that I play based on the data or I quickly change my mind,
going by instinct and playing with my heart.
I often do this in football matches, I bet on the team that in reality on paper has no chance of winning, I must say that it also happened to
guess the result and get a decent win.
The satisfaction was to guess not so much for the money, but to confirm that every now and then you have to listen to your heart.

I feel like following your heart is just another way of saying to follow your gut feeling, an imaginary prediction, or just a basic gambling instinct. I don't think it's really that noble if you want to bet on your favorite team, whether the odds are against you or not. But anyway, everyone is free to choose how to label what they do.

I don't believe there's a strategy that will guarantee a win, including sports. The easiest way is just to bet on the favorites because a case of an underdog or weaker team winning against a big team is rare. Not impossible, but too few.

I usually bet on the team that I think is stronger in the match.  I only wager an amount I can easily part with, without any stress. If I support a team, but by all indications it looks weaker than its opponent, I can simply not bet. And if I do bet, it’s a very small amount, in support of my favorites. And I’m sincerely happy if my team wins – usually the winning odds are quite high then, and the joy of victory becomes many times greater. And if they lose, there’s no particular regret – I only I feel a sense of sadness for the team.

When following of the heart is involved then you are not ready to lose the money you risk in the bet, it shouldn't be this way, a gambler must be free from any form of emotion when risking his or her money.

Are you now trying to say that you have more wins following your heart than using data analysis? This is an example of irresponsible gambling sorry to say, data makes you know what's happening around the sport bet, which team are active and which are less active.

Don't underestimate data analysis, it's a must as a sport bettor and at the same time you still have to risk only what you can afford to lose, because there is a big chance that you will lose the bet, but throwing away data analysis is even worst.
