This is obviously just NXT source code he's copied and pasted. It probably still has the 3 injected flaws and he knows that he can't find them so the premine will be worthless as soon as the coin is released. This is why he is only focused on the IPO and not making his Premine worth anything.

Anyone with half a brain can see the large premine would/should be worth more than .05 btc.
So assuming the dev has half a brain (all though i could be wrong) that means he knows the premine will never be worth anything.

Also why he's offered no insight or information on the specifics of the coin, because he has none!
