If Iran and Israel break the ceasefire and get back into conflict, especially with the US getting more involved, how do you think that would affect Bitcoin?

If Iran and Israel break the ceasefire and get back into conflict, especially with the US getting more involved, how do you think that would affect Bitcoin? It depends on the scope of effect to the global market. Bitcoin behaves almost the same to the global economy on the initial impact of the war but it easily recovers compared to the stocks that makes it more resilient on crisis. You can use other major global crisis such as pandemic, war and other conflict that affect global economy as basis on the Bitcoin behavior during that time. You will see a temporary dip and recovery immediately. Nothing to panic about. Just hodl.

Historical data does show BTC tends to bounce back faster than stocks after big shocks. Still, every crisis feels unique while we’re in it. Let’s see if this time plays out the same way. Hodling anyway!

Most likely big old nothing. Unless you're a leverage trader you shouldn't really care, because even those who aim to keep bitcoin for less than a year will do good in this situation. We're very close to the US flipping on rates and the money printer is constantly on, just not yet in overdrive. If a war machine moves, you'll see the printer go crazy.
Whatever happens the Dollar will weaken. Whatever you buy, gold, bitcoin, even real estate will go up. Bitcoin is the best in the conflict zone though because it's easy to take with you and run.

Hodling anyway! Yeah right, Bitcoin never fails to deliver especially now with the institutional traders already enter the Bitcoin market. There’s no way Bitcoin price will stay at the bottom since there’s already a lot of demand from it coming from the traditional investor that waiting for opportunity to enter on low price. This is one of the many reason why Bitcoin easily climb back when slightly dump on negative news. Hodling will help you away from stress. Remember that you are holding a gem in Bitcoin.

the same way it did in the 1st round - ZERO effect. Well, not zero effect really, is it? The fire-sale caused by panic-sellers is a good indication that I and other hodlers will start buying cheap Bitcoin soon. So it does have a positive effect on my financial status. But in the long term, it does not have any negative effect on Bitcoin. I would agree with you on that. It does seem a bit strange that people still panic sell, after everything Bitcoin has been through, though...

Bitcoin often dumps hard & fast when bad news breaks. I think a lot of the time it’s whales using the opportunity to dump coins on the market & short. This creates fear & panic in the minds of amateur investors & they sell which creates more downside price movements. Ultimately though Bitcoin is always fine & more often than not it bounces & recovers.

the same way it did in the 1st round - ZERO effect. Zero effect indeed because we cannot classify the short term effects as something to worry about since it won't have any significant impact on the price of bitcoin, little corrections i guess, it shouldn't be more than that because the market has strong support that won't allow the price to fall too DIP, but even if it does, another buying advantage will showcase.

It would have no effect on bitcoin price but a big disadvantage to weak hands because they will panic and sell. Whereas, long-term hodlers will be happy to buy bitcoin at a discount price. You should forget about what effect the war will cause to bitcoin price but focus on buying and keep on DCA ongoing because the so called government at war, is only after their own interest and doesn't give a fuck if it will affect the world economy or not because they will print more money when they run out of funds.

If Iran and Israel break the ceasefire and get back into conflict, especially with the US getting more involved, how do you think that would affect Bitcoin? Bitcoin would remain the same. Bitcoin is independent of what happens in any nation since, it’s not tied to any nation in our world and as such, whatever happens that doesn’t go on a world scale doesn’t have much effects on Bitcoin. It’s just bad that war has become more of a reality in our world today with each nation just taking up the other for just any reason. We hope things do return to normal in all these countries at war and we soon realize that we are one people really, one specie and these wars isn’t aiding our survival.

If you are afraid of war affecting your assets, it is time to diversify your portfolio WAY more than simply spreading your investment into Bitcoin and Altcoins. You should get yourself some other investments too, such as commodities if you really want a some what ensured safety.
Bitcoin is still trying to prove a point. It is still trying to decide whether it is a good or a bad asset in shit times. Other assets already have a proven history of being good during shit times. And by asking the question you are, I would assume it seems to you like these times are any thing but stable. If so, then act as such.
Realistically, nobody knows what Bitcoin is going to do. Maybe the ceasefire really does break and Bitcoin has an All Time High simultaneously. But I see no point doing this if it turns into gambling, I rather have multiple assets and know I am safe no matter what happens. Maybe my assets would not do as well as they would if I kept them all in the same pot and switched pots every time the world turned more or less stable, but then I rather have peace with less money than stress myself out to exhaustion by risking it all every single time.

If the war suddenly escalates again, the price of bitcoin will definitely temporarily dip, we cannot expect it to stabilize or increase like gold. But the speed of recovery will depend on the severity of the war and the state of the economy. If the US gets involved and makes the war more intense, I don't think it can recover quickly. It will take quite a while for bitcoin to adapt to the war before it can recover. But I agree with you, there is nothing to panic about and just hold on tight. It is even a good opportunity for long term investors as they get a chance to accumulate at better prices.

Panic sell happen, possibly dump about 3%-5% again then market recovers back slowly like what happened when the war first escalate a week ago.
At that time we better buy the dip because so far despite all the bad news bitcoin just keep recovering back shortly after.
It seems the bitcoin investors and holders has become resilient to bad news to certain extent.

How do you call 3% or 5% fall as a dump? It is very inaccurately because falling 3% or 5% is only a correction and it is never a crash or dump of Bitcoin. Historically Bitcoin shows that it is strong and always recovers after corrections or bear markets. If you need evidence, read this article. Bitcoin's past corrections.Bitcoin's market cycle history.
