Compensation: Milestone‑based payments plus equity that vests after a waiting period
TRANSPARENCY NOTE• Payment – For each agreed milestone (e.g., “Deliver Feature X”) we jointly define deliverables, target hours, delivery date, and a fixed payment amount. Payment is released as soon as the milestone is accepted.
• Equity – You will receive a founding‑engineer equity grant (combination of tokens and company shares) that vests according to a standard cliff and schedule. Equity becomes yours only after the vesting period.

WHAT YOU’LL DO• Own the MVP mobile app end‑to‑end: architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and iteration.
• Implement UI/UX designs provided by our designer through Figma.
• Ship fast in .NET 8/9 C# using MAUI Hybrid, Blazor, and WebAssembly for a single codebase across mobile and web.
• Drive frontend excellence—pixel‑perfect, intuitive, performant experiences are priority #1.
• Contribute to lightweight backend APIs (auth, data models, CI/CD hooks) when needed.
• Set up the pipeline: automated builds, test harnesses, and App Store / Play Store releases.
• Influence product direction directly with the founders—your voice matters.
• Help establish engineering best practices: coding standards, code review culture, branching strategy, and a “you build it, you own it” ops mindset.
MUST‑HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE• .NET 8/9 and C# — expert, production‑grade code
• MAUI Hybrid & Blazor (WASM) — built at least one cross‑platform mobile app through launch
• Modern frontend craft — responsive UI, accessibility, offline‑first patterns
• RESTful APIs & JSON — consumption and lightweight authoring
• Source control with Git/GitHub — branch strategy, pull‑request reviews, actions/workflows
• Startup execution — comfort with ambiguity, bias toward action, radical ownership
NICE‑TO‑HAVE EXTRAS• Azure serverless, especially AKS and Key Vault
• Figma‑based UI/UX implementation experience
• Containers & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, Helm charts
• MongoDB schema design and tuning
• Automated testing with xUnit
• CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure Pipelines
