For me, I have examined myself and see that I am still on track and I also gambles with what I can afford to lose.

I am more of an occasional bettor, rarely you see me gambling on casino games. When I mean occasional, I mean if there are no important match that interest me you wont find me gambling. My reason for saying this is because, only those who gamble often or addicted need to examine themselves frequently. Right now, I still keep to the rules of gambling and you can find me winning more than I lose. Am not trying to brag its just the reality.

I use little amount of money to gamble and I do not examine myself about anything related to gambling because I made it simple for myself as I have an amount that I budget on gambling every week if I lost all the money in the previous week, the amount of money is not much at all. As I do not go beyond the gambling budget, I know that I am gambling responsibly.

Set limits, remember not to chase losses, and only gamble with what you can afford, not all your money.
Gambling should never be seen as a source of income, it should always be for entertainment, with any winnings considered a bonus if you can manage your bankroll effectively.

Yes, I've also examined myself and I gamble very few times per week sometimes per month. I've set an amount and if I lose that amount I stop gambling for a whole month and similarly if I make that amount 2x I again stop gambling for a week or for a month.

Luckily, I am still on the path as you mean, which is still doing safe gambling by gambling with money that can afford to lose, still gambling with the aim of getting entertainment and still considering that winning is additional entertainment, and also still being able to control emotions, finances, and time. So, some of these things make me sure that I am still on the path, and maybe what you mean is also being a responsible gambler, and I think this is necessary and realized by every gambler, so that some of the things that you and I mentioned can keep gamblers safe and can carry out further gambling comfortably.

I'm not that strong gambler, my last bet/spin was last week of course all of those lost that's why i stop again, will continue again next time Lol. So far still so good, only the lost records lol. But that doesn't affect me, i will stil gamble, but, at the same time, just occasionally.

If you have the self-control in gambling, it means, you only allocate certain amount that you can use for your gambling. And you stop once you busted it. If you can do this every gambling session, then, you won't have problem with gambling. That kind of strategy I am applying to myself every time I start my game. I have my max limit in my mind and so I stop if I am near with that amount. Most of the time, I quit when I am near that limit. I usually don't reach my max. Because reaching my max means I have the possibility that I will go beyond that max depending on the emotions that I will be in on that situation.

I examine my gambling experience as productive on the sense I learned how it works and understood what I can expect from it in a realistic way, even though it wasn't a smooth process, as I had to lose considerable sums of money until acquiring the knowledge I have today. So, thinking from the financial perspective, it wasn't productive at all, due to the losses accumulated along the way.

If the experience is more positive than negative, it will depend on what you value the most: knowledge acquired or profit achieved? For me, knowledge is more important, so I consider my experience positive, especially due to the fact I'm aware of my limits right now.

Good and it's the best thing you have ever done, your distancing the casino or gambling site could make you control the way you gamble and how often you would be losing money while gambling. Maybe, if you are a sports bettor it would take you more time to always have good analysis to make good games, since it would enable you to make good decisions.

For long I have been gambling and I have always control my emotions because most times what leads people gambling out control is greed. When your emotions are controlled it could be hard for any gambler to be gambling out of control because they wouldn't be chasing lose. Like, whenever you are gambling it's always important to use the amount you can be able to risk to gamble so when you lose it wouldn't affect you so much or feels feels so disappointed.

I am pleased to note that almost everyone has full control of what they do, that they manage to keep control of the money they spend and some even have a weekly budget (I do this too) it also happens that they don't use the whole budget, it depends on whether I find interesting games to play. I think that someone who already has a sufficient number of addictions to gambling and already has some dependence will always assure us that everything is fine with him. It is a thin line to feel that you depend on your addictions. Therefore, I think it is possible to discuss experiences when you have gone through a path of victories and defeats, and your behavior and well-being can reveal what you have become. I am not a frequent player who builds some patterns; for me, gambling is always fun; hence, I cannot say and call myself an experienced player, although it has already been some time since I started playing. For me, gambling always develops as, for the first time, a lot of emotions and sad conclusions when you cannot return your deposit, but this is a game, and we choose what to do there.

Yes absolutely. Myself examination comes immediately after my gambling experience. And the length of time I spend self-examining myself is determined if it was a loss or a win. If I had just lost, I would spend more of my time reflecting on what I did wrong and what I can do better. If it was a win, I would spend my time, just a short period of time thinking of what I did right and what I could do more of even though I know it is out of my control but still the one person control that I might have, I want to be able to take more advantage of it.

My simple self-examination tactic is to check if I am gambling with more than the funds I budgeted for gambling. I have a gambling budget that, if exceeded, might have adverse consequences on other parts of my financial life. So if I chase losses or stake higher than available funds, it will be easy to evaluate my excesses since there is already a benchmark. Self-evaluation is a potent tool to fight gambling addiction. It helps to regulate the gambling behaviour of addicts since they will be aware when they are going out of control.

I only gamble the smallest possible amounts for entertainment. I also make sure to have a daily gambling budget, which is no more than 10 percent of my disposal income, divided by 30.

I find gambling with tiny amounts just as satisfying as with larger amounts. The daily budget encourages a strict discipline, which helps in avoiding spending too much when your emotions get out of hand.

Disposable income is whatever money is left after paying bills, food, rent, setting money aside, etc.

I gamble occasionally and not every day. Maybe once or twice a week at most.

Following this plan is just as satisfying as gambling large amounts freely, and my money is safe from large losses.

I'm not sure if someone really goes to the length of checking themselves if they are healthy. But it's obvious that when we gamble and lose money then we will have to suffer some mental trauma about it. So it's just about how you go about it, whether you can go up the next day and treat it like nothing happens and do your normal job. So to your regular 9-5 job and be productive.

But I will admit that during the height of my addiction, it's very sad and looking back, I could have suffered a lot of mentals during that time. Because I remember that I feel depressed and can't get even out of the bed. And then my appetite was affected, as I can't eat the same for the first couple of days after that gambling activity that didn't go on my well and lose big money.

I would say a chart on how much time one spends on gambling, money spent and number of days they are gambling. More is always bad for any of them.

There needs to be a limit on how much they spend daily. Not breaking the limit to budget the spending is important.

Overall, a simple math on time and money spent and the outcome received should be good.
