There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I usually average around $25/h depending on the project because I need to get bit larger of a portfolio. Usually around $20-30.

How much do you charge for a simple faucet with payment automation each hour (unlocked to a single user each hour and pays him certain amount)?
It must be done in java, using the jsf framework.

It must be done in java, using the jsf framework. I apologize for the late response. I have been working on many projects outside of Bitcoin as well. I don't have much experience with jsf framework, and I don't have the time to learn the project. As such, because it would cost you more, I would recommend finding a developer with pre-existing experience with such technology. Thank you though! Posted from Bitcointa.lk - #Vy28c83TtGgZ2FJh

Might as well give this a bump. I recently got back into freelancing. For the past 4 years, I've worked w/ various agencies & some pretty large clients (some Fortune 500).
In the past 4 years, also enhanced experience w/ frontend technologies (primarily Ember). If you have something you need developed, just give me a shout)
While I'm currently finishing up some projects, I am willing to plan some going forward. I can provide more details via PM.
