Nice find, that's something we're actively working on. The development costs may exceed 0.1 BTC to get this capability in-house. Proceeds of this mystery note will make this possible.

The inks used to make this UV effect are generally restricted for obvious reasons. Mystery notes are a form of R&D for us. The learning process and project funding happens through these notes.
