Hello;

I found this forum because of various accusations against this casino: XYES.
I was betting in this bookmaker, and when i withdrawn some money, they asked me to pass a 4-KYC verification.
I did the 4-KYC, and after that, they asked me for a video verification, and told me that they will need around 15-30 working days to verify it.
I received this message today:

Our casino provider has flagged your betting behavior as a value
betting arbitrageur and upon further investigation of your account and
betting activity with our casino provider, we have determined that you
have violated our terms and conditions.
As a result, your account registered to this email address/phone will
be permanently closed. All funds and pending bonuses have been
forfeited.
We understand that this is not the outcome you wanted, but our
decision on this is final and we will not enter into further
communications on this matter.


Right now i cannot even enter in my account.

Arbitrage or value betting are the popular reason why sportsbook player encounters the problem on a casino. It’s not happening on Xyes alone but almost all casino do this action if you committed that violation.

The only difference is you should get your deposit and just forfeited any profit made on your casino account.

Xyes seems like a lot of case lately.

But there's no violation. They just don't like winning bettors. None of them have shown two bet slips where arbitrage betting has occurred. All winning bettors are value betting and a lot are playing at low margin shops where you are given a chance to win.

Innocent. 5 bets. $48.12, $60, 3 for $100. They have to stop these arbitrage confiscations. You would think they have the same amount of customers as Stake.

Exactly, that's one reason why people need to look at bet slips. If you bet small markets, then you have to look at a few different things.

All my bets are MLB related. Maybe all not, but 95% at least. And yes, maximum stake 100usd normally.

For the time being, I believe XYes use UID to identify their players' account, series of number. Not username. Can you PM me that?

There isn't one arbitrage bet in that group. Every other book limits value players. There are value bets which can be stand alone. Then there is buyback, arbitrage, hedging and early cashout. I'll refrain from other comments on this until OP replies so that we can see more. This may be worse than the 5 second cases. I'm not sure if XYes is trying to show an arb or that value betting occurred.

holy - don't make any decisions without running this stuff by experienced gamblers and don' use efialtis. He doesn't understand it. I'm not trying to pick on him but I figured he may be on the short list of who you contact.
