After the shutdown of Exch.cx, someone tried to mimic them using exch2.cx, which turned out to be a scam. There are legitimate services like UnstoppableSwap, but their success rate is quite low due to being decentralized. I also came across Trêvoid, who has positive reviews, but it's a (p2p)person-2-person service, not an automated exchange. So, where do you exchange without being tracked or asked about the source of your funds?

I don't have one favorite exchange after Exch stopped working, but I prefer p2p trading and decentralized exchanges.

THORChain has better rates than most centralized instant swap websites. You can swap six figures with minimal slippage. The only issue with it is that it can only be used with specific wallets and they only support a small number of coins. Eventually, you will be able to use any wallet. DEX/bridge aggregators give you a wider selection of coins you can swap into, although the extra hops add more fees so this is something that still needs improvement.

The fee depends on which affiliate’s frontend you’re using. From what I could find, Rango.Exchange has the lowest affiliate fee if you use their website directly instead of going through a wallet integration.

There isn’t currently an AMM DEX that supports Monero, but Luke Parker is working on SeraiDEX.
