With all of the hype surrounding AI, I wonder what impact will it have on the gambling industry? Perhaps, gamblers will experience more fairness and randomness when betting online. I mean, provably-fair casinos already exist. But AI can help improve them in the long run.

AI can never affect gambling because AI cannot make accurate predictions or advance predictions in gambling. If AI could have any effect on gambling or could make accurate predictions, then people would always use AI in gambling and would be able to stop gambling and would own a lot of money. Those who think that AI can predict in advance are still wrong about AI. Imagine for a moment and think with your own knowledge how much money people would earn if AI could be used in gambling, people themselves would not know.

Experiencing fairness in gambling may not heavily depend on AI because even AI can be manipulated and also be made to get unfair results as the case may be. The impact of AI will mostly depend on the usage and the purpose for which  the usere and the creator has intended it for. This can be both positive and negative but in all it will be of help a lot when used rightly because of its ability of getting pass some of human inadequacies.

There is no doubt that AI is replacing human workers in almost every field, and soon they will take over casinos. It's a one time investment, and all your work will go smoothly, but they are limited. In the future, there will be no human services. They are smarter than humans, they will generate fair odds and identify cheating and mistakes. However, they are machines, and they cannot handle customers as well as humans can. Simply put, they lack the human touch that customers need in casinos, such as empathy. This will be a significant issue, and I think in the future, they will collaborate. AI will handle data, tasks, and databases while humans will interact with customers.

As with any new technology, companies will invest heavily into AI until it's perfect enough for widespread use in the mainstream world. Right now, AI is in it's infancy. But the time will come when it will become mature enough to go as far as replacing humans in terms of critical thinking and everyday tasks. Imagine if AI becomes self-aware. It will radically shape our world for the better.

The gambling industry is bound for change, and I believe AI will do an excellent job at this. Casinos will save a lot of money by making use of AI. I envision casino operators getting rid of their employees as they replace them with AI. Same as what tech companies are doing these days. AI will take care of everything from handling the house's bankroll, to giving advice/support, and even improving provably fairness. This is only the beginning. Who knows what lies ahead in the future?

AI is not gonna make games more fair or random, it will actually help gamblers have an edge on skill based gambling games like poker against other players, or an edge for sports betting, imo.

i did an experiment with AI (grok 3) for the fifa club world cup on the gosubetting.com tipster challenge, and surprisingly grok score predictions did better than i expected.
with 63 matches played, it got 6 exact predictions for goals, 22 correct winners, 11 with score difference, and 25 failed predictions.

imo, if you have access to a strong AI, and know how to use the right prompts and know your way around sports, with the help of AI you can perform better than average on those type of games.

The tech will be regulated, giving the house a strong advantage over gamblers. Otherwise, it would be "game over" for the gambling business. Believe me, it won't be long before the gambling industry makes use of AI. It's the way of the future. Between this, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing, casinos will become more efficient and cost-effective. We'll see how the industry changes within the next 5-10 years.

I do think AI is useful for gathering data on sports teams and individual players as well as estimating on whether my predictions are more or less accurate or whether I should rethink my data.

But that is as far as sports betting goes, when it comes to casino games like dice or slots then I do not think that AI has any use since strategy does not work for games that are purely probabilistic in nature. The most the AI could do is explain the rules to you, if you do not understand them clearly. You could even ask AI to explain the rules in your native language. Which might be slightly more useful.

Therefore, I believe that we should all be able to use AI perfectly. Time goes by and we need to understand this.

i think the "Mecha-Hitler" stuff and the other crazy shit grok says from time to time is because Elon keeps fucking with it to make it say what he agrees with, basically, he keeps poisoning it with his opinions.
but as a model, grok 4 is probably one of the best right now, but gpt 5 will be released soon. the AI space is ever evolving, so AI companies are always one upping each other with new models.

i never said you can use AI to cheat, i said it can help you have an edge gambling on skill based games.
people already use it on poker, as for luck based games (dice, slots, etc...), AI can't do shit for you as all casinos have house edge which guarantees they make money no matter if you win or loss.

I have used artificial intelligence to gamble free times and the result was funny and annoying. I don't really know how people want to use AI to predict what will be the outcome of an event when it's programmed. Maybe we can use artificial intelligence to gamble with sport bets but this will not be possible when you are trying to use AI to bet on casino the games.
Its just funny how people are looking for fast way to make money from gambling, doing everything possible so they can be fortunate enough to be among other gamblers that are becoming profitable everytime.

It’s still quite fine when such referral links lead to the registration page of a specific casino. The problems begin when, under the guise of these kinds of videos, they provide links to outright scams or phishing sites that steal data or funds. And people will keep clicking on those links, just as they always have, because they’re strongly drawn to the idea of being like the people in the videos.
