Are there any sportsbooks that allow arbitrage?

Many people say that arbitrage is not allowed in some casinos because if they find out, they usually block it immediately, but I myself have never done arbitrage in sportsbook betting because it is not liked so I just avoid unwanted things.

Nope. They don’t like this. I don’t think it’s illegal but they might have theur own sets of rules which if you bend could result to you being blocked, banned or restricted from using the platform. I know there are tips out there to help you do this lol.

As advised in the earlier posts, much better to use different casino sites. However, would be a challenge if the casinos are sister companies. So better check their terms about arbitrage betting before place a huge bet.

If they are sister sites, then they have the same lines meaning that you can't arb.

The confiscation for arbitrage is just scare tactics. If you place a bet at Stake, how do they know if you are going to go to Pinny and bet the other side? I haven’t really seen a gambler get banned just for doing arbitrage betting. I believe arbitrage itself isn’t illegal, you’re simply taking advantage of line differences between sportsbooks.

But it’s not as easy as it sounds. You need the right tools to monitor a huge number of betting markets across different books in real time to spot those opportunities.

If you have that kind of setup, then yes, you can start making money with little to no risk.

The real challenge now is whether you can still find those differences, especially since most sportsbooks are already using AI. That makes arbitrage opportunities much harder to find, and a lot of the easy ones are probably gone by now.

I have never personally heard of someone getting banned for partaking on arbitrage on casinos/bookies, but I have indeed read of someone here on the forum who got some limitations upon his gambling account because he was exceptionally lucky, so he got an email which he showed to us. Basically, the casino was letting him know he was not going to further receive bonuses or any other scheduled benefits from them.
So while I have never seen anyone getting banned from bookies because of their profitability, it is true casinos and bookies will keep an eye on us and realize whether we are getting more money than usual, according to each one's accumulated wager.

I thought all sportsbooks allowed this strategy. Why wouldn’t they? They get paid regardless of if you win or not. It would be foolish for them to deny any bet. They want you to place bets… I use this strategy with live betting and have never had any issues with it. I think it is ridiculous to think a sportsbook would ban you for making too many bets on their platform.

Let’s be specific, this is about sportsbooks, not casinos.

And yes, arbitrage betting is not illegal. Because of that, sportsbooks can’t really do much about it, since it’s not a violation of any law or most terms of service.
What I’m saying is, sportsbooks can’t create TOS that go against legal standards. So if they ever catch someone doing arbitrage (which is actually rare), they don’t have the right to confiscate your balance or winnings.

However, they do have the right to limit or ban your account from using the sportsbook again. That’s within their control.

Like you, a lot of others arb. Books can't prove that people arbitrage bet so the rule makes no sense.
