You keep saying we, we, we Don't you think thats a bit conclusive? I'm not sure anyone here who understands why they should keep their BTC holdings private would want to start negotiating with the government of their country to making BTC a legal tender.. the idea is bitcoin doesn't need much of help anymore... If you had a credit or debit card or just you can access to a dex you can easily "use" your bitcoin... and so on...

It could not be possible to pass all transaction on main chain so for sure we will have to look on further updates like layer 2 or solutions that doesn't requres main chain.
