Anyways, I am not sure why you have decided to come and open this thread at such stage of the war, if anything, I personally find it a bit distasteful to make fun of leaders while their people mare killing one another in a hot war.
Still, enjoy your freedom of speech, you would not be able to do such a thing in Russia.
Also, I recall this type of memes became very popular during the presidential campaign of Harris versus Trump, specially in Twitter/X, and on the profile of accounts which were pro Trump and we're planning to vote Republican.

The pictures are simply attempting to discredit Ukrainian leader towards the foreigner allied nations, and in special among north american citizens, as most of the mentioned funds come from USA. Russia dreams about US cutting the support to Ukrainian forces for obvious reasons, and unfortunatelly a considerable portion of western citizens also bought the narrative and wish the same.

Next meme should be Putin's enthusiasts in USA inviting the enemy to dinner on their home. A Trojan Horse coming in fits well!

Someone has to pay soldiers, MPs, president's salary and ton of other goverment obligations. Plus someone must be propping the currency hryvnia from a complete collapse. So for the sake of clarity, besides weapons Ukraine was and is getting sent billions of dollars in foreign aid, to keep it from collapsing and running it's day to day operations. Sliding in the Corruption index to 105/180 place by definition implies that a lot of sent funds don't make it to their intended targets and instead get accumulated by corrupt politicians.

September 04, 2024 Supporting Ukraine’s government. As of May, USAID had obligated $22.9 billion for direct budget support for Ukraine’s government, largely to reimburse the government for eligible expenses, such as salaries for teachers, civil servants, and healthcare workers.

EU and other countries are also sending cash to keep the UA government afloat.

They are sending cash. But they are creating it out of thin air before sending it. This devalues all the currency in existence, and essentially steals from their own people thereby, giving it to Ukraine. So, as long as the people use their own currency, they are unwittingly supporting Ukraine simply by using their currency.

I am going to be honest and say it: to me it is kind of interesting how the president of a country can be a former comedian. When I first realized this fact when I searched for Zelensky on Wikipedia and other websites I felt a bit weirded out, I guess.
It must be because I come from a culture where presidents have always been (traditionally) soldiers, lawyers, doctors and  so on.  So it is weird to me to see a literal comedian leading a war.

Still, I suppose Ukrainian culture is different and his former job as a comedian helped him to appeal to the masses during the election he won.

The controllers of NATO thought that they had influenced (thru media) the people of their various countries, far enough into porn, so that they could gain acceptance of a NATO Ukraine by getting a porn president there... thru CIA operations, not honest elections by the Ukrainian people.

The problems started happening for them when the people of America showed that they were looking for decency and godliness. How did they show it? By getting Trump elected, mostly because he was MAGA.

Quit funny any war despite that the war is a bad thing happening right now with the killing of innocent civilians, but then this thread open me up to what the Ukraine president former job was and I can't say that I blame the ops for bringing this thread up at this time of the war as called out by some comments, we always promote peace all over the world but the meme sounds funny anyway making such amount working from home as a president.

Right, perhaps his case may not be as unique as I assume. But still, don't you think that in order for one to become president of a country it implies the candidate pursuing the position is supposed to have some basic knowledge of topics like science, geopolitics, public health and development of projects ?

I believe a scientist or an engineer would make a better president than an actor, a comedian or someone like Trump who is literally a TV show personality.

If it was up to me, for someone to become president of a country, it would be mandate for candidates to have a degree in STEM, economics or social development. Having a president who is literally an ignorant on science and technology may be the reason so many aspects which influence on the development of a country are neglect by both the president and those around him/her. Ignorance is dangerous, it can be lethal if an ignorant person is in charge of looking over the well-being of millions of people in his/her same country.
