Instant Withdrawals — Your funds, your wallet, no delays.
Considering that there are different minimum limits based on the type of cryptocurrency used, it appears that there might be some delays for merchants who mostly deal with microtransactions.
- I had a quick glance at the dashboard, but couldn't figure out how I can deal with underpaid invoices... No refunds?
- A live demo page would've been nice, but is there a way to see some of those 200+ active merchants that you've mentioned on your about us page?
- That's impressive for a platform that's less than three months old (if it's real)!
Thank you for giving our platform a try. Let me clarify a few points:
- There are no delays for merchants at all. When an invoice is created, an amount must be specified. This amount determines which coins are accepted for that particular invoice.
- We do not offer refunds, because once a payment is received, it is instantly forwarded to the merchant’s wallet — even if the amount is less than the invoice total. In that case, the customer can choose to pay the remaining balance, or the merchant can manually mark the invoice as paid, which adjusts the invoice amount to match what was received. This updated amount is also sent via our webhook system, so for example, if it’s a balance top-up, the merchant’s website knows exactly how much credit to apply to the user’s account.
- I agree that a live invoice demo would be a great addition — thank you for the suggestion!
- Regarding active merchants: yes, we currently have around 200 merchants using WolvPay. We’re a team of developers who previously worked for many clients, and a reliable crypto payment gateway was a recurring need. That’s how WolvPay was born — initially as a private solution for our own clients, with no public marketing, just to provide peace of mind and cover operating costs. Only recently did we complete a stable version with support for many coins and open it to the public.
Really appreciate your interest in our platform and the suggestions!
