freebitco.in not sending withdrawals

 Just a heads up that for the past 2 weeks I have had multiple issues with freebitco.in not sending my "instant" withdrawals for hours at a time despite having it in writing that they will be sent within 15 minutes and charging BTC for the privilege. The current withdrawal I am waiting on (0.002 BTC) was requested by myself 2 days ago and as of this posting still hasn't been sent nor has anyone responded to the multiple support tickets or emails I have sent.

 This is step one of trying to get something done about this as well as keeping anyone else from getting into this situation with them. My last 4 withdrawals have been delayed and only sent after filing repeated support tickets. The site is starting to act shady regarding payouts so I would encourage other users not to deposit money at the moment unless you are ok potentially never seeing it again.

Step 2 will be speaking with Kamer van Koophandel to try to get owner information to pursue legal matters.

TheQuin is no longer active on this forum, both him and Wetsuit disappeared without any information, so don't expect any help from any of this two..

And concerning your withdrawal, I personally think you are simply being impatient which is very understandable, the issue of delayed withdrawal from freebitco is an issue that didn't start recently but have been for more than one year now, in previous times, I've seen users who had their withdrawals delayed for more than a week before they got it, you've waited for this particular withdrawal for only two days, I will suggest you still be patient and give them some more time, you definitely will get it.

Thanks for the heads up. I will give it some time and see what happens. If it goes through I will update here. I don't mind waiting for a withdrawal if it's necessary, what starts sending red flags is when there is no response from the site after multiple attempts at contacting them. A quick "be patient, we sometimes have delays in sending payouts" would be enough to put my mind at ease. Along with maybe STOP charging for instant withdrawals and having it posted in writing that it will be done in 15 minutes if they have no intention of honoring it. Doesn't really look good as a business model.

They have been acting that way for a very long time now and you should have considered a different option after having issues with withdrawals multiple times. You should consider yourself to be at high risk when using their website.

...I will suggest you still be patient and give them some more time, you definitely will get it.

It also help to put some pressure through the channels you can to facilitate your withdrawal. But, this forum is little help for that now as their reps are not active.

Yeah, I understand the risks with places like that. My last withdrawal prior to this one did go thru instantly, along with most of them in the past, but the 3 right before that one did not.. And waiting a few hours for a withdrawal is somewhat different than waiting days, although neither is "instant". The decent thing to do would be give the users their fees back if they aren't holding up their end of the bargain. The house is already rigged in their favor, as with all casinos, so why the need to do shady things like that to add to their stack?

I am not trying to defend this platform but back in the old days I have waited a week for my Bitcoin to get processed, I thought the platform have decided to scam it's customers and I've already moved on and later I got the Bitcoin, thing is this platform is too big to close down now, I advice you have some patience first, after doing all the necessary things like getting in touch with them just hold back and wait.

Yep, we all want the withdrawals to be instant, but usually that's not the case: and we need to wait a week or even two to get our funds rolling.

If the platform is credible, it's going to deliver, but it may be frustrating to wait for so long.

Like it was said so many times in the official thread, they have big issues lately. From what i can tell, they will not steal your money, but it will take time to get it.
Why is that? Who knows? Maybe their hot wallet is empty and waiting for a refil. Maybe they're playing the market. We'll never know the real reason

They have been giving out bad signals for more than a year now. If you still keep any money there you should be ready for the unexpected consequences and that includes the complete loss of funds.

Seriously, how brave or dumb one must be to keep any money on that website at this point?

People should do a full bank run so the owners can come to their senses. Otherwise we will be seeing more of these threads every month or week.

You’re definitely posting this in the right spot  people need to hear about these payout issues. Freebitco.in has been around for ages, but lately I’ve seen more users complaining about delayed or ignored withdrawals, so you’re not alone.It’s unacceptable for “instant” withdrawals to take days, especially when you’re paying a fee for the speed. The lack of response from their support is even worse  that’s a huge red flag.

The same issue on this thread last month, luckily, the withdrawal proceeded after an hour, based on what the OP posted.  Hope you guys update us here if it is resolved.

Based on their website, usually a withdrawal request may take 6-24 hours, beyond that, it's normal that we get worried if it will exceed the promised time.

Just be prepared for a long period of waiting, and be sure that your withdrawal will arrive but it may take a lot of time, this is not the first time I am hearing complaints about delayed withdrawals from freebitco and for that you should not worry too much, but next time make sure to not depend of withdrawal from freebitco for urgent needs as you may have to wait longer than expected for your money to arrive.

The withdrawal was submitted as **instant**, but it's been over 60 hours and still shows as “Pending”. No TXID has appeared on the blockchain, and support hasn't replied to my ticket yet.

You should know that Freebitco.in is a shady website, and they have been having problems for over a year now. You have been warned hundreds of times in their official announcement thread, but you guys did not care to check their thread. Even if some of you knew the problems and saw those posts, you guys have been ignoring the warnings. Now it's time to pay for what you did. Freebitco.in is going to scam their players sooner or later.

I see how some high ranked forum members have been sharing their good experience in their announcement thread. It's disgusting that some people still talk about how good they were before. It does not really matter how good they were. Look at their current service and treat them accordingly.

Hi Guys, I'll tell you my experience with the delays of freebitco.
I've never had any issues with the platform until 2025.

But I had the first delay of 4/5 days in may 2025. Then they paid.

After that, I tried to withdraw small amouts of bitcoin for my needs (food, bills, etc).

I did that 4 times up to recently. The payout took 4 to 5 hours.

It's seems that with small values, they send the payout "fast" (instant, I mis you).
If you ask for 0.02 bitcoin, forget about it: it is taking longer and longer.

I think they don't have hot cash anymore in their hot wallet, but they need the service to be running anyways, until they are totally broke.

So as soon they recieve payments, they pay and goes to zero again, doing that 24/day.

So, if you asks for a 0.02 bitcoin withdraw, have in mind that you have to ask for it one week before you need it.

It you need $100 bucks in the real world, wait for 2 hours to one day delay.

Small bucks = they send you faster.
Big bucks (a whole "salary") = wait for a week.

My advice is that you cash out constantly, in small pieces, paying the "instant" fee to them everytime.

I know that it's crazy to continue with this platform, but MY LIFE depends on it as my afiiliates pay my essencial bills coz my company went broke and I havbe nothing for one year as I work with a personal project that is costing me months of development (working alone because I don't want a partner to share revenue, enter in unproductive court battles and go broke again).

That's how freebitco is doing now. Too late to give up... can
