This is just a misinterpretation of information. Supporting Porto to win against Nottingham Forest doesn’t mean I chose Porto as the favourite for the trophy race. I'm not sure about Porto because they missed a lot of important opportunities. If they had converted most of those chances, they would have easily won this match. Don't let the low score fool you, it was a really good game. I especially liked Porto's performance. The players need to play better in the second leg in England. We, as Fenerbahçe, won away but were eliminated by Forest because we lost at home in the first leg. Porto could do something similar.

I didn’t expect the match between Porto and Nottingham Forest to end in a draw, I thought it would be a game for Porto to win since they were playing at home would have the advantage to win the match easily. To be honest, Porto dominated Nottingham Forest throughout the match, they created so many chances, but it wasn’t enough to score more goals. Anything can happen in football, but as it stands, I don’t think Porto will survive in the second leg visiting Nottingham Forest. They failed to win the first leg at home in front of their supporters, they will not have the same energy in the returning leg in England. This one that Porto played out full time draw with Nottingham Forest at home, that was a match they should have won, after they scored the first in the 11th minute, one would think they would have built on that and it wasn't even long try had already conceded from their own player just few minutes after going ahead. All these happened in less than 15 minutes after kickoff. They created chances upon chances but couldn't capitalise on it which saw the match end in a draw despite their early goal. If they are to advance, they would need to step up and take the game more seriously away from home.

As imagined, Villa ended up destroying Bologna, even though the game was at Italy, and this was exactly what was expected as well. I understand that people hoped for a shock because Bologna managed to beat Roma and get here, but that was not really something to be shocked about because it was similar level teams. Villa on the other hand, under Unai Emery leadership, is a great team that is fighting for a top four finish at premier league, not the same.

This is why it was an easy game to guess. Other games did not included any shocks, two ties with Braga and Betis getting a tie, and Forrest and Porto getting a tie, and the German side Freiburg also got a very easy win, basically nearly guaranteed their semi finals appearance as well.

This might not be what they bargained for and it is painful when the club you are supporting are not winning but in the case of Porto they did all they can and even some of there last games and games can easily change so from the previous games a lot of people would have put there faith in them and for all the reasons and from the beginning of the league am very sure that no fan will even consider Porto but because of the level of how things were maintained gave people the mindset that this guy's have the chances of winning but it was not on a ground of certainty.

And even if they don't win anything this period a time will come thay they will be able to do better than what they are currently doing because know one would have imagined that the color of Porto will shine this way and they played a draw game against Nottingham they played a better game than Nottingham and all expectations were that they were going to win and since it eventually ended in draw it was equal, I don't see it to be something they will complain about.

The result of this match did not disappoint me, I thought beforehand that maybe the result of the match could be like this or Porto could win this match by a small margin. The match was at Porto's home ground, so Porto was in a very advantageous position. But Nottingham Forest's defense was very tough, which is why Porto could not score in this match. Nottingham Forest's defense was able to turn this match into a draw due to its strong performance. If Nottingham Forest's defense was in a weak position like the attacking part, then maybe the result of this match would have been very different.

This scoreline with which the match ended did not seem like it did favoured any one in particular, both Porto and Nottingham forest has more like  a fresh score board with which which every results they get maybe used to judge them in the end of this game.  Since Nottingham has shown their strength around their defence, I am hoping they will be able to maintain it through the next fixture alongside their home advantage.

I think that Aston Villa has a better chance of getting to the finals than Nottingham Forest. Nottingham Forest seems to have dropped in performance this season compared to last season.

In football matches, we dont need to hype any club because a change of formation by the coach can make a performing team to lose, and that's why no team is special or important, Porto do perform well, but you can't keep your hopes on them due to their previous performance, so if their counterpart study their weak point and understand their formation, they will use it to defeat them, and it's what happened, so Porto has not disappoint anybody because it's game anything can happen at any time, in a game you trust no team because a performing also lose a match

Porto could be in trouble in the Liga Portugal after some point losses. Maybe the players' mind could be preoccupied with their domestic league rather than the EL.

The gap is five points right now, but if Lisbon wins that extra game, it's only 2 points, so one game and we see Lisbon back at top. In a situation like that Porto may not be considering Europa league at all.

Nottingham forest's performance in the Premier league is very poor. It is very difficult for them to avoid the relegation zone and qualify for the premier league. Even then, they continue to  try to avoid the relegation zone. But nottingham forest is able to perform quite well in the europa league platform.

Nottingham forest played very well in the  away match against Porto and managed to finish the match 1-1 . Nottingham only needs a narrow win in the home match to qualify for the semi-finals.
