I noticed you already posted on Coreswap's official thread. But since Coreswap's representative here has been inactive for months and he/she probably won't be notified of a new post on the thread, you might also want to send a direct message. He/she might get notified via email.

Other than that, Coreswap's staff mentioned support@coreswap.io. You may also send that address a message. I don't know where else you can contact them. Their reddit account is suspended, their Twitter inactive, as well as their Github. It seems their Telegram channel and the rest aren't available.

It appears this service isn't serious at all, perhaps even a scam. I'm, therefore, afraid your money is gone. But send them a message, just the same, and provide all the details. You don't just scream 'scam', even if it is, without producing a single evidence.

Don't move this thread because there's nothing here. Aside from saying Coreswap scammed you $5,000, you're not showing anything. If you want, create another thread in the Scam Accusations board using the format below. Make sure you can provide solid proofs that would sufficiently back your accusation.

Additionally, you can create a flag against Coreswap. The account doesn't have a red trust. Although inactive for a few months, it could wake up anytime and bump its official thread. That flag would serve as a warning to others.

He was already advised to do it, but for some reason, he didn't. He doesn't do well with everything; unfortunately, this made things easier for fraudsters.

btw. He sent me an order link, and as far as I can see, it is still in the processing status, but not paid.

CoreSwap has already been flagged as a scam on sites like KYCnot.me, and there are multiple reports from other sources confirming fraudulent behavior.



They’ve been accused of stealing funds and ignoring all support requests.

@Susil1974, if you could share more detailed evidence or transaction info, it would really help the community understand what happened and back up your claims.

I don't think you will get back that money, perhaps it's a lesson learned, and you have to be a bit more careful next time round. Researching around would have help avoid you from getting scammed.

On Trustpilot, ignore the fake 5-star reviews, and you will realize that there are a lot of people who have been scammed.

OP, can you confirm the status of your order? Has it been processed?
As far as I can see, it is no longer on coreswap server. It would be useful if you could provide additional information. Regardless of whether it is resolved positively or not, it may be useful for some future users.
