I tested the splash.tf exchange yesterday. First impressions are quite satisfactory. Shortly after the second confirmation, I got coins in my wallet. Fast and easy, and most importantly, competitive rates.
As a suggestion, I would add a 'copy' button for both the deposit address and the Letter of Guarantee. It would make copying easier, especially for users with a touchscreen.
Also, when an invalid address is entered, there is a red warning in the lower left corner. It may not be the most noticeable, so it can confuse the user. However, I would put such a message somewhere more direct, next to the field for entering the address, for example.
I was also going to suggest removing the background with the animated lines, it's quite annoying. But I think you've already done that.

I also assume that you don't have a large budget for advertising at the moment, so the implementation of an affiliate program would definitely be helpful. Thus, you would stimulate users to promote you, and it is certainly one of the best ways to advertise.

Without an affiliate program, it is unlikely that any aggregator will be happy to add a new partner.

That's going to be fun for referrals

Monero prices and shortages were discussed a few times in eXch's thread. Eventually they charged 5% to buy Monero, and 0.5% to sell it. They used the Monero price from centralized exchanges as base, and it looks like supply and demand aren't in equilibrium at those prices. My guess: people don't withdraw from centralized exchanges, as it makes no sense to expect privacy there anyway. So it would be interesting to see negative fees for selling. Maybe start with a small negative, combined with a small increase in fees for buyers.

Suggestions:
Refund address should be in the LoG.
"Calculate" should work without destination address.

If I may add one more suggestion. Can the destination field be a bit longer, so that it shows the complete address? For those of us who still check whether we have precisely 'pasted' the address, it would be easier if this check could be performed without scrolling.
