BTC365.COM SCAMMER

I opened an account on this site 3 years ago, i deposited and bet couple of ETH without winning anything.

After couple of days, they ban me and confiscate the my funds without telling me the reasons.

Since then, I sent every selfie, every bills they asked me on time, but without any results.

Im still very mad about all of this, I hope there is some agent on this forum, that can help me solving this injustice.

As per confirmation with the related team, the verification of your account has come to an end and as the game provider have detected abnormal activities, your account will be suspended and permanently closed. Due to your abnormal betting behaviour that breached the ruled of our terms and conditions, your balance will be forfeited, and you won’t be able to play anymore on the website.

Reading that they are saying the provider detected "abnormal activities", I am guessing they are accusing you of arbitrage betting, which is usually against sportsbooks ToS(it's a dumb rule if you ask me).

Their forum representative hasn't been active since 2022, so I don't think they'll respond if I send their representative a PM. You should try posting this on askgamblers.com, but just a heads up, I checked if there are complaints against btc365 on askgamblers, and they have, but all of them are unresolved.

Why are you creating a scam accusation now if this happened 2 years ago?
Why didn't you dispute the decision back then?
How much was "scammed"? How much was your total deposit?

You need to a lot more details in your scam accusation including screenshots of your account, deposits, withdrawals and messages with the support staff for better context.

I hope the OP answers the questions raised here.

It’s honestly quite strange to come back after two years to file a complaint, I’ve never seen that before.

To be honest, I've never heard of btc365 before. It seems like an unknown casino with no popularity or good reputation.

If we look at Trustpilot!, we see that all the reviews are negative and the casino’s rating is extremely poor.

Also, on CasinoGuru, it states that BTC365 Casino is currently not accepting new players and doesn’t respond to complaints.

So, it’s quite clear that this is a scam casino.
