It depends on the platform if it’s a marketplace type platform, every transaction should be smooth but you have to notify users that you are in alpha stage, and if there are bugs let the visitors or customers know that they are going to fix it and be sure to address issues as it comes on time.

Your site looks good, loading is fast, and the FAQ is complete. Why not create an official announcement so you can start marketing your platform?

I'm still fixing some stuff, like adding Bitcoin/Lightning payment

If there’s no bug, yes, you can. This is a customer-based platform; it’s better to have a dedicated chat widget and a development page to let visitors know what will be added in the future and what kind of errors, if any, they are going to encounter.
Your platform looks cool. I don’t know if there was a platform like this before, but if not, you can claim to be the first to create such a concept, and you can put it on your homepage if you are the first to develop this idea.

Given that the wrong use of your service could, in some cases, cause financial loss, it would probably be good if you indicate somewhere that the project is not yet finished.
Also, some kind of log or page with current updates, where you will inform visitors about the changes you make, would be more than useful.

Currently, the visitor does not get the impression that the service is incomplete, which can be considered misleading.

If you think your customers wouldn't be that satisfied with your site then it would be better to run a bug campaign over here where people would review the site and see what are the things to be fixed before it would finally go live. I could remembered lot of project over here has ran similar things here and they all fixed their lapses that was on their site. But waiting for individually to give you feedback could be hard in my opinion and building a trust in a new platform is extremely since there is a financial involvements.

Project development and management requires some strategies that helps in propelling easy circulation of the job before and after designing and every designer has his or her unique method of archiving such dreams in as much as Everything that has advantage also has its disadvantage but giving room for disadvantage to  supersede advantages is what is not supposed to be done. So launching a project that is still in construction might be  the designers unique method he intends using to archive his goal because it gives room for correction and amendment where need be so criticising such method is never a good one because before such is done he has made provision for alternative b if anything happens to his initial plans

Probably, yes! Although, it depends on your motive. I think it is not a bad idea if one decides to launch a project while still developing it. Perhaps, that approach might help to notify the public about your site.

Launching a project on the other hand, is to make it ready for use. However, is still important to inform the public about your establishment even while still undergoing development. Therefore, the question of whether you are right to launch your project while still building it, is yes to an extent.

Releasing projects of this nature midway is mostly a good way to go cause it gives room to figure out what you are actually not sure about in the site and the user interface (UI) can reach it peak at the final stage weldon for this great work

A project can be launched any given time but this your method will help to improve to let people know more about project couples with how they can easily find out bug on the site. You should indicate that is still on building stage and warn people not to involved any finance over there till the whole process is being built properly. Again if that is not valued you can also launch a little promotional service just as either a review campaign were you will get attention of more technical forum users to helps you run a bug check to know if there is an error to handle, as I have seen many project running a review promotion.

Yeah I don't think it's a bad idea to launch while still building, provide that there are no major and catastrophic bugs.
The rest of the fixing and additional stuff to the project could serve as updates.

Yes you can, but this is also the reason why we got so many unfinished projects in crypto space, they released their crap with the intention to raise money on the half-baked nonsense and that's it, they later abandon the project but they never return the money they raised, I hope you have different.
