Well I do think yes it is important for us to go to sleep early. The doctors do say it is good for us to have at least 8 hours of sleep for each night.

And the body and the brain does need that time to rest. I do think it is just so good overall for your health to do this. We will get a better quality of our sleep if it does happen sooner then later.

There is a biology school of thought that says living things have optimal day and night patterns.

Or circadian rhythms, if you will.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circadian_rhythm

Whether or not this applies to humans, I'm not certain.

It is possible people will adapt to different circumstances.

The way northern europeans adapted to low light conditions by developing pale skin to generate higher vitamin d production.

Sleep at night is more restful but it is enough to maintain an average of 7 hours a day to be fully fit.

Sleeping early is actually very important for everyone to help regulate your body's natural sleep wake cycle, so sleeping early will give you a better sleep quality and duration

even if you sleep 8 hours in a day, if the time of your sleep is wrong you will feel restless still that’s because sleeping at a wrong time gets you out of sync of your circadian rhythm

It all depends on each of us individually. I worked the graveyard shift for many years. Now that I don't, I feel rested sleeping at any time.

Sleep early if it suits your natural rhythm and lifestyle, but don’t stress if it doesn’t.

Yes, sleeping early is very important because it helps to improve our mental health, it also helps to boost our immune system and also having a quality sleep will lead us to  have more energy and productivity. So, sleep if you have time because health matters most.
