Recieved a personalised bonus email from stage on July 8th, and wagered with on 11th july but the bonus is still credit.

When I try to email support I got this 👇

And live chat is useless it's all embedded there is no option like personalised bonus and contact live agent!!? How can customers deal with you in this situation if they don't know about bitcointalk.

Curious how OP have that feature on his side which is definitely AI and useless since response are automated. Tried finding it myself but I wasn't able to.

Yeah, I’ve seen this happen before with Stake promos.
Their live chat bot is super limited, you have to keep typing “live agent” a few times or just spam “support” until it gives you a real person  sometimes it works.If that doesn’t help, try asking on their official forum thread or Twitter, they sometimes respond there faster.

Bitcointalk is not their platform. They have live-chats and what they did are correct.

If you want to get atleast with the mod for getting early information, maybe you open a thread in Stake Forum. Just tried to live-chats and see what they response to your case, click Send Message and they will come to your chats in around 2-5 mins.

Just wait, is takes time a couple mins for the response.

I’m using mirror site either. IIRC that format of automated bot reply is Stake old format support system that let you talk first to bot before you can chat with support.

They are not using it at least on the Stake.com website. There’s still some Stake local exclusive website like India that use different format which I think the OP is currently using.

I think you should seek help on Stake forum https://stakecommunity.com/ so that a moderator can help you on your concerns. Your chat support is different than most of us here that has Stake account.

I’m not sure how do you access stake live support chat for you to have that live support without live agent available.

Maybe the problem is on your account itself. Do you manage to contact live support before on same account?

If you did the wager on July 11th, it is just now July 13th. The email says bonus may take 48 hours to credit, maybe they just haven't processed bonus payments yet today? Might be better to post on their forum for answers like others have said. You have no live chat option at all to speak with a real person?

Do it on weekdays, usually number of CS are limited on weekends so it will take time for you to get a responds, but let's see.
