I also got stucked with my verified neteller account which i can't use anymore because they found another account with same info. It was actually my mistake creating new account because i forget login details for past one. ANd now they ask me to call them via phone but they are not picking it may be due to time difference in here and there.

All of these complaining did something wrong, one dealt with a scammer, the other violated TOS that clearly say you can only have ONE Neteller account unless you are VIP.
Sure Neteller has some problems, but you should know how to avoid the scammers and not violating TOS and you'll be just fine. In any way still much better than Paypal and Payza for me.

Unfortunately this is very true. Had my neteller account banned as well, for no reason yet(haven't heard back). It was banned after I deposited money on it, and before that I could login and logout without any problems.

One thing I really hate about them is that they take your money once they ban your account. They should refund the amount and close the account instead of stealing the money.

Honestly i don't trust the system of neteller you have no protection unlike paypal. anytime they can call you if you have serious problem in your account that you can dispute and reverse payment once your account hack. I heard bad things review in neteller and its better to use perfect money instead..

A lot of thread of complaints regarding so called big payment processors online, like Paypal, Payza and now Neteller. Hope SKRILL stays out of this wave.
For the moment Perfectmoney, Payeer and OKPay seems good irreversible payment systems just like bitcoin so you can feel a bit safer using them rather than using reversible payment methods like the above.
In fact for the payment processors there is a sticky in the Currency Exchange section which it explain in details why you should not deal with paypal and the alikes.

Thats the thing about the scammy behavior. So the yearly limits are defined, they have no reason to ban the account. If you cross the yearly limit, what they do is that they will ban your account and freeze the funds. They should just refuse the transaction if it overshoots that limit. And after this, they ask you for the ID hoping you created on a fake account(which a LOT of people do), and when you are unable to present you the ID, they keep the funds.
