Just want to ask what's your preferred or recommended software for antivirus since it is not cheap too and there are some with chaotic user interface. You are right, they have my scammers online that are ready to scam you and take away your funds that belongs to you. Bank will never call you that your bank account is having problems to send your details, you are the one that will look for bank branch to complain too, and get it fixed but they will never call you because they don't call customer except you chat them online and complain to them. Any time I receive a random call, I don't rush to answer, I usually calm down to understand the tone of the person on the other side of the call. Scammers do not hesitate to reveal their intention if you can pay attention and not get too excited or terrified because they work with fear or greed. I had same experience too, they called me that they want to upgrade my transfer limit and  my personal details are needed, I flash back to what I was told some time ago that bank staff will never ask for my personal details it was at that moment I knew it was a scammer, I insulted the person and he ended the call, A relative of mine was a victim she told them every single details about her account, they took all her money, according to her she never knew because she felt it was real, not until she saw a debit alert, she then realized they have just scam her, what happened to her taught me a lesson, I stopped using same password in all my accounts, I hardly give people my phone because of my email I don't trust people with anything that has to do with my personal details, I make sure i protect it reason being that one mistake can change everything.

I have personally employed the culture of 2 factor authentication in all my financial apps including my bank apps, exchanges and others. The idea of the 2 factor authentication is a two layer of security that does not allow anyone to leak into your financial accounts without your notice and approval.

What I don't know is whether there are ways now to bypass this security layers without your consent and without requiring any form of approval from you. If there are ways like that, we will be glad to know how that is done and how we can protect ourselves further. I have different options here which includes the authentication apps, passkey and backup codes among others. If there are ways people also break these securities, please let's be aware so we can sought for more ways to gain more security.
