Well, that will mean higher multipliers if the chances of winning are quite low. It's a yes for me, I do love betting on the underdogs, but it doesn't mean I always end up betting on them. There are times when I'll take a pass because I don't think they'll win, and there are select teams I trust that can swing the game in their favor.

It actually depends on the team and if there's a history of them coming back from an almost defeated game, then I might take the gamble, or maybe take advantage of the spreads if there's one available.

There’s no fixed strategy in sports betting that guarantees wins. Just blindly betting on favorites or underdogs won’t make you profitable in the long run. I don't see why I would want to lose money on purpose by betting on a team I know for sure would lose just to simply stir things up a bit or so, money is not easy to come by and I wouldn't waste it like that.

First, let me say that I don't know what your definition for "dominant" is because as far as I know, in sports, we can't say that a team or club is dominantly winning matches if they manage to win 5 to 6 matches in a row, and this is because such result is easy to achieve, alot of teams and clubs easily do this, so for me personally to consider a team or club as a dominant winner, they have to have won 10 to 15 matches or more in a row and still counting, such is hard to find if we must be sincere with ourselves..

It's pretty hard to find a team or club that can play up to 8 of 9 matches and win all without a single draw or loss, so the term, dorminant force in sports, really doesn't hold much value if you ask me because if you will continue to bet on this particular team, at some point you will lose because the game played out differently, but on the other hand, if I come across such a team or club that never losses any of their match, I don't and wont mind always betting on them so long as I keep making money, I am never bored of making money bud 😁

I preferred betting on live games when betting on this type of match. There’s always a point that the underdog close the gap or even take the lead and that’s the time I place bet on the favorite team to win because it has a good odds already.

Normally, Underdog team choke in the end because they are already too tired to catch up.

I have high winning percentage by doing this instead of betting prematch with ridiculously low odds.

In some moments not for me, as happened in yesterday's match for Chelsea and PSG when many people were at 1x2 for PSG instead I did in the Over 3 bet even though my bet was canceled because 3 goals were scored in this match but this proves that sometimes being in the favorite club is not always a good thing to do.

All have their own considerations, it is true that in the end there will always be a favorite in a bet whatever it is when there is a match but in the end not all favorites can be used as bets because after all we have considerations for our own probabilities so in the end this goes back to each election in the end.
Indeed, there will definitely be a lot of people who will bet on favorites because indirectly this also increases the probability of winning quite strongly but of course everything has its own considerations so in the end it returns to the gambler where they will make a bet whether they will only focus on probability or instead look for other alternatives as a way for them to win.

It's more painful to lose bets on favorites because your expectation is, you have a higher chance of winning, but you ended out losing.

Anyway, I'm not a fan of picking favorites in Moneyline because obviously, we can't expect good odds here. There are lots of betting options available. We don't need to stick with Moneyline if we want to take advantage of betting with the favorites.

Honestly, when someone keeps winning all the time, it gets a bit boring for me to bet on them. Sometimes I like to take a risk and put a small bet on the underdog, just to make it more exciting. I know the chances are low, but that’s what makes it fun if it actually hits. Of course, I don’t go big on those bets  it’s more for the thrill.

Well, some people bet on underdogs because of some reason, like they just want to support that team or the odds are pretty attractive and they want to try their luck.
There's no wrong or right on betting with low odds for me; I don't bet on underdogs because we know the probability of underdogs winning a match is super low. Like others said above, they love to bet on underdogs, but I don't bet on them because it's a rare case that underdogs can win the match.

About keep betting on favorites, we still need to analyze the game before betting because sometimes people only rely on the odds; if they see low odds, they think there are many people betting on that team, and for them, it means there's a high chance of winning if we bet on the same team, but honestly, it's not always a win. If you do not carefully analyze the game, you'll end up losing a bet, and the bad thing is you are expecting to win with a small return; you risk high for low reward.

I remember Barcelona was huge when I was in high school and everyone was betting on their victory all the time but they were getting draws or even losses when nobody were expecting it. I learned my lesson then.

If I have a strategy that enables me win constantly then why would I want to try out another strategy just to stireup for fun? There is nothing fun in losing money. Besides there is no perfect strategy to win. If I manage to win constantly from my favorite, I will only want to increase or stirrup my bankroll or increase my bet, as that will aid or ncrease my chances of winning since I no such strategy will come with a pretty low odd.

Why change a winning strategy if it's working for me, I'll stick to it until it starts to fail then I can change it, there's fun in winning continuously. Although I understand what you mean you want to be dynamic and try your luck by using another strategy. You're winning in betting on the favorite then you decide to try the underdog just for the fun of it and maybe hoping that the table will turn around. We all have different strategies in sports bet, some do indepth analysis, some bet impulsively, whatever you choose if it's working for you I'd say that you should stick to it.

It is difficult to winning dominantly even if you are pro gamblers. There will be time for you losing your money so you must prepare for the losses. If you win for some time, you must think about stop gambling immediately before the situation change and you don't have money.

What has been happening is that the odds for strong teams have been very low when they play against very weak teams, which is why people, even I have done this, choose markets such as: Asian market, over and under goals so that they can bet on the game and make some profit. Because if someone keeps betting on a favorite with odds of @1.10, even if they consistently win, this will lead to significant losses in the long run.

I'll speak from experience. When I bet, I don't base my bets on the favorite given by bookmakers, but rather on the favorite I choose myself. I look at both teams, analyze both teams, and then choose the favorite and bet on the favorite I choose. For example, if there's a game between Liverpool with odds of @1.50 and Manchester City with odds of @3.00, I analyze and bet and conclude that Manchester City has a better chance of winning. Therefore, Manchester City would be the favorite for me.

Even if they have high tendency of winning there's still a chance that those team would lose. That's why I have instances that I bet on underdogs especially if I know they are capable to beat the strong team. I love the explore and take a risk on the odds given since it give me some another level of excitement.

But for other thing like the underdog team is obviously would lose the game especially if their star is lacking usually in that situation I automatically place my bet on team that has higher chance to win. Since its crazy if we take a risk especially if we know the chance to win is so low.

There are other ways to bet on favourites rather than solely focussing on the ML, obviously
very low odds is not worth betting on so maybe consider an option like a handicap or Over/Under
on either team. That obviously creates its own risk but at least the odds are more favourable.

I rarely bet on the favorite (high probability of winning, but low profit).
I prefer high risk with low probability of winning and exhilarating payouts.
I don't bet all the time, but when I do, I prefer to do it with style; I enjoy predicting impossible wins.
The few times it has happened, it was fun and brought me a good income. I bet on favorites when I play multiple teams in the same bet, to increase the odds and increase the multiplier.

There are times that I continue to bet on the favorites but when I think if I can bet for the underdogs and they have the chance, I'm giving them the chance as well. But if the odds really are attractive and intriguing me, that's what I am gambling for. No problem if I am going to lose those bets for as long as I know that I have an idea that team or athlete that I have bet for really has a chance. Otherwise, if it's done for fun, there is no regret with that. This is what gambling is and we have to accept every result of our bets, win or lose!
