Probably it may be coming from one of the newbies that does not know anything about privacy.

I would have liked to know if the person is even trying to look for means to scam any users on this forum, although I do not know as I do not bother to look for its archived post.

I still remember there was a campaign ask the participant must sign up into the site because the proof of application require the account username, otherwise their application would be ignored.

IIRC Jr. Member also can wear a signature, although not clickable, no styling and very limited space.

The moderators don't seem to share your opinion because I reported it and they deleted it almost instantly.

They advertised something that has nothing to do with bitcoin, nor does it fall into the fields that are usually advertised on the forum and they didn't specify anything in terms of payments and such?

A rather poor way to try to collect as many sign-ups as possible on the site, promising some kind of signature campaign.
Maybe things like this are not a direct violation of any of the forum rules, but if similar things were allowed, the forum would go in a very bad direction.

I remember that I wrote on this thread and it was later deleted. I sense that the user is a total noob and not just pretending. They might be doing things wrongly, but I feel that a manager should be able to contact them for directions and possibly the escrow talk.
They are willing to escrow, they should just go create an ANN thread and follow things organically. I am just waiting to see if they'll create a post on the meta, asking why their post was deleted lol.
