1. - Barely any criminal with half a brain still uses Bitcoin, it's main utility is speculative trading.
2. - This is true and no amount of "green bullshit" will change it. We're just paying the price, nothing is free.

Either way, anyone who cares about legality is missing the entire point of cryptocurrency.

"Illegal" is just a sticker that government tyrants can put on anything they want. If something gives you freedom, they will surely make it illegal.

It’s completely normal for new technology to have critics, even the most successful ones still get hate. So no need to stress about them. Just look at where Bitcoin is now, already priced over $100K. That alone shows the critics are being outnumbered by people who actually believe in its future. and they’re backing that belief by investing.

Yea that was in the past but the thinking and outlook to Bitcoin has changed by most
countries and is continuing to change. The biggest "advance" in this change is the
approval of Spot ETF's in the U.S - that approval has shifted a lot of investors view
on Bitcoin.

Its just a matter of time and a lot of factors have to play out, the younger generations

Fiat currency is the weapon governments use to control the whole population. It gives them control over monetary supply, interest rates and even eroding your savings by printing more (Inflation)

One take away is that they have been so many people who have fud bitcoin in the past and we have had many of them pivot to bitcoin as investors with long term holding strategy that’s one way to actually silence critics. Michael Saylor was once a critic but now a strong with believe that there is nothing better than it. I think this is how most of them will pivot to bitcoin.

As for those that you said are still spreading fud just to bring it price down, that is the dumpiest thing to do in my opinion, I think bitcoin has gotten to the point where the best way to fud it is to simply be quiet because fudding now is like actually trying to spread the word of bitcoin, once you fud they simply counter your argument I can saw the Peter Schiff post about selling bitcoin for silver and someone immediately called him out that once he says anything about bitcoin, bitcoin does the opposite. He is even called the Inverse Schiff.

Do you care about the opinion of the haters and their reasons for disliking bitcoin? I don't care about them at all and let them do whatever they want to justify their lost profits. If these haters don't want to use the advantages of bitcoin for their own benefit for the sake of their dubious beliefs, then this is their conscious choice.

I don't know who else hates bitcoin and for what reasons, but I know many reasons why I adore bitcoin. That's enough for me.

I can't think of them all but they have a lot of excuses for themselves that they use to justify their regrets of not being part of bitcoin from the onset so since they couldn't reach it by having some stash to their portfolio they only result to finding excuses they might seem to tanish the image of bitcoin but we already know the game.

I think about the acquisition of companies like MicroStrategy could be said as another way to dislike the market. These people who hates bitcoin will say that it's going to be a controlled market, full of manipulation since a lot of these financial companies are acquiring more Bitcoin. Someone who doesn't have a knowledge on how economy works and having the supply limit of Bitcoin might believe to these FUD. They're been there at most times and they're not tired of whatever cherry pick dislike they do to Bitcoin. Any good thing about Bitcoin, from adoption to technicalities, to fundamentals, they've got anything to say about such.

It’s not strange that humans will always want to alienate just anything that isn’t what they are used to and most of all, when it rivals their usual way of doing a particular thing. Bitcoin did some of those, being decentralized, rivaled traditional means of finance and attained its market capitalization in the shortest possible time. These are just marveling and feels unreal to these guys but, it’s all they’re going to get.

Haters also claim Bitcoin is harmful to the environment, due to mining activity and its energy consumption. That was actually the excuse used by Elon Musk to remove BTC from payment methods available in Tesla, crashing the market as consequence years ago. So, as we can see, even personalities who are idolized by Bitcoin enthusiasts have already used such arguments to prejudice Bitcoin somehow.

What I take from this is that I shouldn't waste time listening to criticizers. Those haters must be regretful and frustrated right now, and if you had listened to them, you would be feeling the same way right now. Just to think on that possibility it's terrifying enough!
