Writing here because BestChange doesn't help (contacted them a few days ago, no reply, but FF says BestChange is aware — yet no explanations).

In July 2025, I sent 0.0851 BTC for exchange to FF. The funds arrived at the order address, and the order was immediately placed under AML review. Within 2 hours, the funds were moved from the order address to the main hot wallet (I found this out recently when FF started stalling).

Due to personal reasons, I couldn't contact the exchanger for almost a year. As soon as I was able, I provided all documents confirming the source of funds. I've been in active correspondence since then.

FixedFloat keeps replying the same: no timeline, "partners" (who are supposedly reviewing) are not disclosed, and moving funds to the hot wallet is explained as "standard consolidation" that doesn't affect the review.

At the same time, their website states they are a non-custodial service and do not store user funds. But in reality, my 0.0851 BTC are sitting on their hot wallet bc1qns9f7yfx3ry9lj6yz7c9er0vwa0ye2eklpzqfw, and they decide when to return them.

I don't understand how a specific order can be technically verified after funds are moved to a shared wallet and mixed with others. Is it normal to hold funds indefinitely without naming the reviewing party?

I'd appreciate any advice or similar experiences. Order ID: ZNTBD7.

You are not getting it back, stop use ff, changenow and fucking other mainstreams shits

Lytvynets1 report has just been added.

I urge users to stay away from FixedFloat. Their so-called 'investigation' process is a black hole. They consistently blame delays on 'waiting for partners' or 'law enforcement reviews' without ever providing concrete evidence or a clear path to resolution. If you value your privacy, your assets, and your peace of mind, do not use FixedFloat.

Next episode:

They will keep coming up with new, impossible requirements only to delay and ultimately refuse to unfreeze your funds.

It's great that you finally got your money back. Imagine if you hadn't brought your case back. I suspect much of their liquidity reserves come from frozen cases that were actually settled but unclaimed by owners for years.

Hi, we’re sorry to hear that you’ve had such a negative impression of our service.
What is this? Who are you?
Are you saying that all Fixed Float issues can also be handled by Changenow? Are you both under the same management?

The exchange service Changenow was mentioned negatively four times in this thread. Judging by the nickname NIka_now, they represents that service. So it was most likely a reaction to the mentions of Changenow, rather than something related to FixedFloat.

I suspect much of their liquidity reserves come from frozen cases that were actually settled but unclaimed by owners for years.

As for the idea that FF reserves are formed from frozen assets, it would be interesting to check whether the frozen cryptocurrency remains at the address to which the customer sent it. Among those whose exchanges were frozen, can anyone check and tell us how long the cryptocurrency stayed at that address? Was it transferred from there only after the investigation was completed, or did FF start disposing of it before that?

It may not be anything critical, but it could certainly be a warning.
These days, FixedFloat has changed its business jurisdiction from FFX Group Ltd (Republic of the Marshall Islands) to FFGX Group LLC (88 Avtomshenebeli Street, Kutaisi 4600, Georgia).
What is actually suspicious about the whole thing is that they did not announce this change anywhere, website, blog, social media (and it is certainly important). only updated their ToS.

By silently updating the Terms of Service (ToS), they hope nobody notices. If they get questioned later, they can just point to the ToS and say, "You agreed to these rules when you used the site," even if the rules changed while you were already using it.

It will be interesting to see what will happen with the current open cases against them, now that they have changed their jurisdiction and legal entity and probably the authorities who should resolve disputes. All cases may now go back to the beginning, and for someone with a smaller amount, this will only add costs.
