They are saying that im multiaccounting and refuse to give me my funds, even the deposit, did not ask any additional KYC despite i can do anything and my acc was verified since start. Amount Scammed: 11000 USD APPROX Payment Method: Bitcoins https://imgur.com/a/SuIK8cn

That would safe everyone the time, right? Because if that's actually the case then it's a violation of the TOS, as hard as it sounds but betfury would be right to ban your account. I mean wifi wise this should not be an issue. People often log into account from several public wifis, that's no reason to close an account, even if stated in TOS. Well, maybe we can hear from the other side what they are saying. Proofs are as good as always never given, so that's gonna be hard.

Can you please just ask your little brother what his account address is, and whether he activated or ever used any bonus so far during his play with BetFury? I'll try to reach my contact with those information and maybe find you both uhh... something better than this current situation.

Be 100% certain that the young member of your family or even another person who you may have given access to your devices has not been the one to unknowingly break the TOS.

"You have the right to remain silent", everybody knows that phrase. Some casinos though don't care if you MIGHT be innocent. They can claim whatever they want and the player somehow has to prove his innocence, which is quite sad. In normal life it7s the other way around, as it should be.

Sorry but morally what they did is crazy, even if is true and a family member conected to my wifi or something like that...is the only thing can happen because on my house sometimes we have meeting of more than 30 people.... and as i said morally what the ydid is crazy STOLE 11K USD which is insane amount of money for me, i can do any KYC etc but they didnt even ask, if they detected that im "multiaccounting" why they didnt block me since start, what happened...they detected that im "multiaccounting" when i requested first payment?

If there is no bonus abuse related with either account, what's the big deal with someone having multiple accounts? I know this thread is not about bonus abuse, but if the person with multiple accounts is not cheating(other than having a 2nd account) why is it illegal?
Most bonuses are given after wagering so if a person is wagering they are not cheating. The other abuse that could be happening is trying to circumvent limits, if a person is not doing that why is having another account illegal?
I don't know if this person was abusing something so my questions are just general questions that puzzle me about the casino industry. OP technically you agreed to the ToS of the casino when you signed up with the second account(or the 1st), so you're kinda screwed. Holydarkness might be talking to them for ya and get something worked out.

Agree with everything that you said. I have no idea why the OP said his brother may have played. Anyone could have been in his house, turned on his computer and made a few bets. As you said, there shouldn't be a foul.

I guess its because you are a winner player on sportsbook, nothing to do with bonus abuse And I guess things will probably be much easier and helps us get to the bottom of the case faster [or, at the very least, put things into motion] if you can help me with your brother's account's address as well as the bonus he claimed during his stays with betfury. If he can't remember what bonuses he had activated in the past, the account address will quite likely help us learn about that by itself, as it'll help BetFury to supply us with the information from their side. But it'll be very nice and helpful if your brother can at least point us out to the best he can remember, so we can match them with the narrative from BetFury's side.

It doesn’t help. It just prolongs the case. I could claim a guy stole 1 BTC from me and tell him prove you didn’t do it. An accusation was made of multi-accounting. Let them prove it. You are getting caught up in a trap. They will run with every little thing you tell them and it goes on for months.

You never said anyone took a bonus and you are being asked what type of bonus that your brother took. These interrogations are all traps.

And far as you know, maybe, just maybe, the chance of their accusation of multi-acc is from your brother, when he visit?
