Do you avoid sites that ask for it? Or do you not mind as long as the site is good and trustworthy?

I don’t have problem on doing KYC if the casino reputation is already established. I never done KYC on new casino especially if they ask me immediately right after a few profit or withdrawal.

Most of the user here preferred no KYC because this forum seeks privacy but we have no choice just to obey in able to still play.

From my experience knowing several online crypto casino sites, annoying is not in the KYC, for me KYC is once finished.

The annoying and boring user of certain casinos is that they are unfair, dishonest, irresponsible and do not pay the user's victory, that is the most annoying.

The point is that your casino needs a license. The government that issues the license will force you to apply for KYC. If you refuse, your casino may one day be seized. So, it's a situation where you have no choice, so you have to tell people that when they create an account, they'll need to do KYC if they want to deposit money into your casino.

This prevents people from depositing money, playing, and winning. When it's time to withdraw, they learn they have to do KYC. And when they do, the casino rejects their documents. In my opinion, it's better for you to focus on complying with the law and being honest with people: do KYC before making any deposits into your casino.

As I mentioned above, Stake gives a cash bonus which can be wager or withdraw immediately once received. It’s the best offer so far on doing KYC.

I don’t receive it personally since I choose a x2 reward on Stake contest if I verify KYC which is I regret since I can have better bonus if I will just wait before I KYC.

I think any bonus is acceptable as long as it doesn’t have hard requirements to withdraw.

Actually, Most of the reputable gambling sites that I play handle KYC flawlessly except to some casino that still process KYC longer than 1 week.

But the majority now process KYC 24-48hrs only without any ridiculous requirements that gives difficulty to players.

In my opinion only those players that do some shady gambling activities encounter an extra hard KYC process because casino is thoroughly checking their account.

What I know most of no KYC casinos are ugly or too simple.

If we compare between ugly/simple no KYC casinos with average KYC casinos (many games e.g. slots, sports, live bets and promotions), KYC casinos will win.

I don't mind Know your Client procedures as long as I am aware I am going to be a gambler on that casinos for years to come and also it would matter to me if the casino is reliable enough and has a good track of record and good reviews here on the forum.

You can start you casino without enforcing KYC policies, but keep in mind eventually you will have to implement them. Regulators will found out about the existence of your casino and the volume it has, so they will knock on your door and force you to comply to getting licensed and asking gamblers for their documents.
Anyways, opening a new casino in this ecosystem which is be competitive is very difficult and most casinos do not reach profitability to keep themselves in business in the long term, keep that in mind when doing your numbers.

The majority of the crypto asks for it at some point, what I do is avoid casinos that ask for it during registration even if they are very good and trust worthy and look for a casino that allows you to register and play without doing KYC and usually just ask you if they flagged your account or if you withdraw a certain amount of money out of their casino.

There are, but it could depend from person to person. I mean, there are some situations where the casino rejects the KYC for some reason, and there are casino that accept KYC documents just fine.

In general, I avoid all services that don't respect user privacy to a certain extent. I would prefer to use anonymous services or decentralized casinos with fewer features that maintain my privacy, rather than accept sharing my data with anyone.
Given the limited choices, like many others, I find myself forced to use centralized applications that require KYC verification.

Speaking of honest sites, yes there are sites that manage these procedures professionally and carefully consider the importance and sensitivity of the data shared by users. Casinos are required to use this data wisely and are prohibited from sharing or using it in ways that do not comply with the terms of service.

Actually, KYC is not a problem as long as the casino has a good reputation... but if there are loopholes, then of course there will be no KYC.

Requiring kyc for a casino is not annoying for me to be honest. Especially if we know that a casino is regulated in which case that is also important. Unless you know that the casino is illegal
or suspicious, don't submit kyc.

There are also other casinos that are actually illegal and yet they say they are legal but in reality they are not, you know what that means and then they will still ask for kyc despite
the fact that they are illegal. So be careful when choosing a casino op.

Non-KYC will be something you regret as an operator. You will find you need a large security department to relentlessly deal with scams etc. You'll be astonished at how much scams etc you have to deal with even with KYC.

KYC operators are seen as having more integrity too. Non-KYC are seen as shady operations generally.
