I doubt you will find any option at all to sell BTC to INR without KYC, unless you trust the OTC traders, which I won't recommend though.

Bisq is an option where the bank transfer and INR pair is available but you will find almost zero volume there for INR on bisq so that's also ruled out.

Either find someone in your local who is willing to buy bitcoin from you or use the p2p platforms where KYC is mandatory.

P.S: Wazirx faced hack and not in operation since then, so please don't try to use them where you may end up with some clone and lose your money.

Have Bitcoin in a BTC & USDT compatible non-custodial wallet like Trust Wallet. Then sell using Automated Escrow Bot in the OTC section of @CryptoIndiaUnited Telegram Group.

Step 1: Buy USDT against BTC.

Step 2: Sell USDT against INR.

Accept INR payment through Cash Deposit Machine or Cardless Cash Withdrawal or Gift Card only, as any type of direct bank transfer may freeze your account.

- No Freeze

- No KYC

- Better Rate

man i miss, localbitcoins

that exchange was heaven for non-kyc traders

there were no kyc for up-to 10000 usd if i remember correctly

@op: currently i don't think there's an easy solution to this

u can convert ur btc to gift cards amazon/flipkart/etc.

and use those to buy products that u need or even groceries

u can also pay bills/recharge phones etc.

but those r the only options which r left for the non-kyc conversion

other than what is mentioned above

This is what people from reddit community is suggesting to convert BTC to INR and bypass the bank freeze as well as 30% tax rate but can we be 100% sure that the bank freeze is avoided if we accept the payment by Cash deposit machine? Because I read that some comments where even the CDM payment can be put on hold with a reason of wrong account number, but I am not sure.

It was 1000USD for email verfied account and 10K only when we verify the identity using Passport or Aadhar link documents.

Instant - yes
KYC free - I doubt!

There are multiple P2P trading platforms available in the market that will allow you to convert your Bitcoins to INR. The traders are fast but the trading platforms will ask for KYC.

I wouldn't tell you a specific name but you can for yourself. DYOR on the traders, see their recent feedback and start with small amount.

Also, do not forget 30% tax on the converted amount. You may receive tax notice if you do not file that information in your tax return.

yes, ur correct!

but even 1000 usd was enough for small traders who only wanted to acquire

small amount of btc or sell some which they earned by doing online tasks

in-fact, i met some people with whom i use to trade off the platform too

and never faced any problems
