Shuffle Withdrawal in review for 2 months

My username is Tuertle and I was playing on Shuffle and tried to withdraw 9.5 Solana on May 16. I have never had this issue before as I have withdrew UDSC (solana) before and it was never put into review. However for this solana withdrawal it was put in review. I then contacted support asking why it was in review and they said that it was because I needed to do KYC. On the website it says the L3 verification was approved but why has it been 2 months and I still haven't gotten my withdrawal back? I have tried contacting support and now I get a timeout and don't even get a response. I have tried emailing to no avail. I just want a response on why my withdrawal is taking this long and what I can do to get it back.

Can you please help clarify whether the account KYC is still pending [and thus the withdrawal too, as it waits for KYC to be done] or it's completely verified and the withdrawal is still pending? An image showing that the level-3 KYC is done and verified will  be very appreciated.

I see. Thank you for the added information. Let me try to page someone from Shuffle and bring this situation to their attention, see if we can get a better understanding from their side and get them to address this.

Did you manage to get any update? Same issue here with withdrawal stuck in review but in USDC (sol). Kyc and everything is verified. Lowkey this is disappointing considering usually they reply and process the transactions in seconds.
