[RESOLVED] Is betcoin.ag scamming me?

What happened::
Played on Betcoin, lost and won bunch of sportbook live bets. Decided to withdraw my LTC but it was undergoing a review after I initiated a support request via chat. I verified via KYC and since then have been dancing around trying to get a proper answer to finish the withdrawal. They advised on July 7th it should take 10 Business days to 'finish the review'.

I sent a few follow ups but during the 10th business day they simply said 'it is still undergoing review' without any further input on if there is a problem. There is no transparency and I'm getting worried they're just seizing my funds with no answer in sight. Feels like my previous experience with nitrobetting a few months ago.

Not sure where I can go next but I might be done with crypto betting at this point. Be wary of this site, I thought it was reputable enough despite some positive input on this forum.

the 11th is 3
the 12th is no good
the 13th is no good
the 14th is 4

the 16th is 6
the 17th is 7
the 18th is 8
the 19th is no good
the 20th is no good
the 21st is 9
the 22nd is 10.  so you should get a result this day not today the 19th

Personally, I don't think Betcoin will scam someone for this tiny amount of money. Their reputation on this forum is worth more than that. I would say please allow them a few days and let them come up with their answer. Meanwhile, try reaching them every other day to see the progress (even if they provide a generic answer to your queries). They are one of the oldest casinos operating, and I believe your case will be solved properly if you did not violate their rules. The sportsbettors mostly get flagged because of arbitrage betting and value betting. I hope everything will be fine if you did not violate their rules.

Betcoin.ag won't scam you. Congrats you withdraw your funds and enjoy it.
Anyway to mark this resolve:
Click Edit on the first post (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5550977.msg65601469#msg65601469) and update the title include something like [RESOLVED].
After that, scroll look at the bottom left of your screen and click "Lock this topic" to avoid any spam or further replies to the thread. Hope this helps.

Move on. Betcoin’s lack of transparency shows it’s shady. Stick to regulated sites with clear withdrawal policies. Your LTC is probably lost.

I'm happy to see that your case got resolved and that you got back to us to inform us about the most recent updates.
Unfortunately, many users will just get their cases resolved and move on without telling us how things went.

Anyone who opens a scam accusation thread should keep it updated. Otherwise, we as forum members, should consider it invalid if he doesn’t post anything within a month. <- what do you think about this?
