All I'd say is try to educate yourself on as much financial information as possible, it will allow you to earn so much more money when you understand how that side of the world works. Just small things like the difference between having your pension in an index fund that returns 4% a year with high management fees could mean the difference of hundreds of thousands of dollars by the time you retire is huge. Even now lots of people do not take proper control of their finances or know some basic things like how mortgages work - even after getting them, they just see another bill and don't know if it's a good deal or not. to me I would say that the older generation benefited alot in the economy during their own time, and according to many books and history have read the economy as that time we can say it's stable, so they benefited from it unlike today's generation we call the Genzee, then they could afford so many things like education, they could acquire cheaper properties, so many of them then grew their wealth slowly because as at then things were affordable.

Yeah you are correct this young generation there are a lot of people who are now very rich than the older generation the main reason for that is because this days you can make money with less stress you can even stay in the comfort of your home and make money online by just using your phone or laptop but then you need to be very strong physically in other to make money because then things you can use to make money involve you using your physical strength, most of them where farmers and then there are no much machine that help them out, so if you are a lazy person you will be poor but this generation even a lazy person can stay in his comfort zone and make huge amount of money.

Due to different opportunities for young generation these days, I feel like they are more lost and have no focus on their present jobs compared to the older generation before where they stick to their job for years because they think being employed will definitely secure their life’s survival. Although I understand that there are less options before and that if they won’t work, they won’t raise their family and survive.

Now with the young generation, it’s like the value they give for their jobs is not that high, and once they lose their interest, they end up applying into another job and leave their present job as easy as that. And majority these days do not even want to just keep on working and serving their employer, they want to be the boss of their own and decide to risk on businesses that are highly in demand in the market.

I can see that these young generation these days are more open-minded and for that, they become more risk-takers and more confident. But one thing that I don’t want from them is that they don’t easily recover from failures and eventually develop depression and anxiety. They are not resilient like those old generation, and this is one thing that I hope they should learned from the old generation. And for sure it will lead them more success in their lives.

I see your point. Where there is less population, less problems are only visible, but when this population has multiplied double or triple, the problems become unlimited. I think this is just normal for overpopulation, numerous problems arise with just only few solutions, not because the government has started to be irresponsible these days, but it’s more on the people as they become more dependent to the government and rely their life’s survival on them.

Inflation is the biggest problem these days that leads to extreme poverty in all parts of the world. Nowadays, many people, including men, no longer expect to work in government agencies wearing white collar shirts or official uniforms. Because most people have realized that work doesn't have to be limited to government agencies; it can also be created independently as long as we can identify and exploit opportunities. I'm also no longer interested in tied jobs like those in government because working from home can also provide a more decent income and avoid being told things by others or anything like that.

Yeah keep blaming the younger generations for not willing to learn when the older generations intentionally want to hurt the younger generations for giving many hard task and get paid lower/the same like them.

The situation is different in every country. In my country, we often switch from one job to another because we want to earn a better salary and receive better treatment. I think that the elder generation is less risky and loves comfort but at the same time, I understand this because they depend on themselves, so if they risk, they have too much to lose while the young generation lives mostly for free in their parents house, sometimes they even receive money from their parents, even when they work and earn their salary, so these youngsters can easily risk because they have their back strengthened by their family.

Btw I also notice that the young generation mostly focuses on their looks, clothes and gadgets, while the older generation focuses more on the strength of the family and doesn't prioritise individual needs.

That is what the older generation always says. You think your parents and their friends didn't say the exact same thing about you and your friends? This is why never judge the newer generation, because you look at kids, and you look at culture, and things are always different.

You caught me but not really. The elder generation (grandparents) don't say anything bad about their sons and daughters (current parents) but both, grandparents and parents say bad things to the newer generation. Btw I clearly see that our generation is more lazy than the elder generation but at the same time, it's very hard for us to get a job with normal pay, so this kills motivation.

So when you end up with 30+ more years, you will realize they are just like you right now. Like there are 20 year old kids that I look at, and do not understand what they are doing, but in their core, they are all humans, so in 20 years, they will be exactly like me, maybe using AI or something, like life may change, but still normal human like all of us. They are not weird, or care about their clothes, or anything, they are just 2 0year olds, your 20 and their 20 will of course be different. When I was 20, they weren't even born.

I realise that myself already. I understand that there is a difference beween generations and it's normal, so to my mind, if the young generation is different from us, that doesn't mean that they are bad, it means that they grew differently and have a different vision or lifestyle. I'll never say bad thing about the younger generation the way older generation talks about us.
