Anyone who got Trezor Model One here and just suddenly doesn't turn on anymore? Mine is already 6 years already, last year, there are horizontal lines on the screen, but I can still use it. But a few months ago, I could still turn it on; there was still a display, but only lights. Now, there's totally no more light, like I'm not sure if I can still turn it on or not. Any idea how to fix this, or some workaround so I can still use it? P.S. I still have my recovery phrase backup.

When you plug it in, does the computer recognize it's attached? If so, then it's turning on, so the issue could just be with the display. If the computer isn't recognizing it, the issue could be with the USB port, and maybe the earlier issue with the lines on the screen was an indicator it wasn't getting enough power.
I've had my Model One for about 5 years, but I switched to a ColdCard and a Passport a few years ago, and have only been using my Trezor T2 for Monero ever since. It's been at least two years, maybe more since I've plugged in my Model One.

No problem with the USB cable. My computer can read the wallet it even prompted me about the PIN, but my wallet has really no display, I can't see the screen so I can't enter correct PIN to unlock it after I open my Trezor Suit software on my computer.

You can still try a different USB cable even if at first everything seems to be ok with the one you are using. Maybe it's losing power somehow and doesn't have enough juice to power on the display.
If it's not that, I guess your Trezor's screen died or is dying on you. A Ledger Nano S screen is easy to replace but I don't think you will have much luck with the Trezor One. There is a trick you can try with your phone camera. Connect the Trezor and fire up Trezor Suite where it asks to enter the PIN. Then, turn on the camera on your phone and point it at the screen of your Trezor. Look at the image on your phone's display and check if you can see the PIN pattern. Adjust the angles. Try both with the front and back camera of your phone. Experiment with different lights in your room. More brightness, less brightness, etc. Maybe it will work.
Some say you can also try pointing a flashlight at the display or turn on the flash on your phone. I would also contact Trezor support and tell them what is happening. Ask them for advice.
Did you maybe drop the device on the floor? Can humidity be a reason the Trezor is dying?

Contact Trezor customer care instead. This is the best that you can do.
It may get to the point that you will have to get another Trezor hardware wallet, this will be a good option.
Warning: make sure that you did not take it to anywhere for repair, your wallet is different from your smart phone. If Trezor did not tell you to send it to them for repair, do not give anyone else for repair, but just buy a new one. Luckily, there is still Trezor one on the official Trezor website but I will advice you to get something like Safe 3.

Do you think there's even a 1% chance they'll replace his 6-year-old device? Things simply break with time and are not made to last forever - every few years we buy new smartphones, computers or TVs, I don't see why it would be any different with hardware wallets.

Tried everything you said, still no chance. Thanks. I only barely use this hardware wallet, maybe that is also the reason, like for long time, it's not plugged in. Contact Trezor customer care instead. This is the best that you can do.

Is there any way I can see if there's any more funds inside my Trezor? I remember, I already transferred out all of my funds from this hardware wallet, but I just want to be sure. Like there's a way without buying again a Trezor Model One?

If you've already transferred your balance and just want to be sure, you can take your seed and open your wallet in another wallet Electrum for example https://electrum.org/How many words are in your seed?

I rarely use my Model One nowadays, but it still works... If you're willing to risk prying it open, you should order the following display replacement: 2864HSWEG01Note: Make sure to get the monochrome one!

I wouldn't do what rdluffy suggested unless it's absolutely necessary. Regardless if you think you still have funds there or not, you would decrease the security of your coins by importing your seed from a hardware wallet into a hot software wallet. You said you moved your funds. Where? Did you transfer them to a different hardware wallet? If so, you could restart that wallet and import your old Trezor seed into it to see if there is still some crypto there. At least that way your security shouldn't decrease. I am hoping it's not a bad choice of a hardware wallet. When you are done, restart it to factory settings again and switch seeds.

I only suggested this since the user reported that he moved the funds and just wants to make sure there's nothing left If there is, just move the funds to another safe wallet The wallet will no longer be a cold wallet, but since the user has moved the funds, I believe he no longer wants or needs this wallet to be a cold wallet It would be quicker and more practical But the method you mentioned is safer if he wants to keep the old wallet.

Nah, I won't do what Rdluffy suggested, too hassle, and I believe I may have cost more instead of buying a new one. I remember I moved the funds from Trezor to Ledger wallet, but I just want to make sure like no more funds left in my Trezor, like double check. Is there any way I can see if there's any more funds inside my Trezor? I remember, I already transferred out all of my funds from this hardware wallet, but I just want to be sure. If you've already transferred your balance and just want to be sure, you can take your seed and open your wallet in another wallet Electrum for example https://electrum.org/How many words are in your seed? It's 24 words. So it is possible to import it into the Electrum wallet and see if there's still a balance available? (....)
Purchase a new one and restore the wallet using the seed phrase. Yes, this is my last option if I really want to push to check if there's still available funds in my wallet.
I already emailed Trezor Support, they asked me for additional video or pictures about my device having no display and they also asked for the order id if I purchased it from their official store, but I purchased it long time ago in their reseller online store. I am waiting for their reply now

I only suggested this since the user reported that he moved the funds and just wants to make sure there's nothing left
He believes he moved all his coins but there is still a chance some are left at a different derivation path, aka account, or an altcoin or two. Additionally, he might receive a transaction to an old address that is part of his Trezor wallet in the future by mistake, mixing up addresses, etc. That's why I would maintain the highest security of the seed as possible. I also wouldn't destroy it and throw it away even after I stopped using it. Just leave it somewhere for your records. You never know if you might need it in the future. I remember I moved the funds from Trezor to Ledger wallet, but I just want to make sure like no more funds left in my Trezor, like double check.
I am not going to discuss why I wouldn't suggest switching from Trezor to Ledger if you take into account everything Ledger has done in recent years. That's a different topic. In that case, you can enter your old Trezor seed in your Ledger, add the coins you had, and let Ledger Live scan to see if there is anything left. Ledger Live is different from Trezor Suite. When you open LL, it's going to show you an empty balance. You have to instruct the software to scan the blockchains of the assets you had. Did you only hold bitcoin or altcoins as well? It's 24 words. So it is possible to import it into the Electrum wallet and see if there's still a balance available?
If you absolutely have to then you can do that. Make sure you tick the BIP-39 option in Electrum when recovering your wallet. You also have to select the right derivation path or let the software scan most commonly used ones. Did you create many Bitcoin accounts using Trezor Suite?

There are several ways to do this. Have you received BTC in other accounts added to your Trezor Suite?
Did you use a passphrase? If you used a passphrase, simply log in using EXACTLY the same passphrase with the device configured with the 24-word seed used on your Trezor One. In other words, if you purchase a new hardware wallet, you should access the funds by importing your Trezor One seed and passphrase.
If it were me, I would purchase a new hardware wallet and try to securely search for these remaining funds by importing the seed phrase onto the new device. While waiting for the new device to arrive, I would consider which derivation path, account, or passphrase these funds might be.
If you're really anxious, you can import your recovery seed into Electrum, select the BIP-39 option, and while selecting the derivation path, you'll see an option to "Detect Existing Accounts." However, by doing this, be aware that you will compromise your 24-word seed, as you are using an online computer that is susceptible to malware.

That's why I have repeatedly recommended buying 2 hardware wallets (from the same manufacturer) so that one remains as a backup in case of such device failures. This allows to maintain access to your crypto assets, and also, if it fails, parts of the broken device can be useful as spare parts in case of failure of the second device. It should be recognized that any device can fail and just be prepared for this (have spare parts for repair and a backup hardware wallet). Perhaps the problem is with the display. Have you tried looking for similar displays in Chinese online stores?

First thing I would do is check if your computer is detecting your Trezor device. Trezor changed Trezor Bridge application not long ago, and I know that caused a lot of problems similar to yours, with device screen not powering or device not detecting. You can uninstall previous version of Trezor Bridge, and install new one, disconnect Trezor and than restart your computer. After that check if Trezor is working, or try connecting it with different computer (without installing anything). https://trezor.io/guides/trezor-suite/trezor-suite-desktop/deprecation-and-removal-of-standalone-trezor-bridge

Their support has already replied to this message. I already tried different cables and different computers, still no chance. I think I will just import the seed phrase to any 3rd party wallets, just like what was suggested above, just to check if there's still Bitcoin. As I remember, I only used mostly this hardwallet for Bitcoin. Thanks everyone who gave advice.
