MetaMask Card Transaction Process Failed

Hello,

I got a refund from amazon for around $7 USDC and I got like 24 cents in cashback rewards on my metamask virtual debit card. So I'm on their main desktop website and I am trying to withdraw this credit refund and reward to my metamask wallet but I get a red transaction process failed message 

What gives?

Did you get a reason why the transaction failed? I haven't used their debit card but the feerate may be too high for the amount you're trying to withdraw.

Since card the service is relatively new, very few people here might have used it or have experience with you. Even a search for solutions online barely yields anything, so I suggest that the be way possible is to contact their support. They have "Live support" which seems to be man by AI chatbots. Try out their communities as well

Could you post a screenshot of the message you're getting? You can host it on talkimg.com and post the link here.

I'm guessing that it's interacting with a smart contract? Is that's what failing? Do you have TXID showing the failed transaction?

When making a purchase, your MetaMask card instantly converts tokens into the local currency. These conversion rates are calculated at the time of the transaction. You will also be charged a minimal fee for each transaction.

I haven't used it either, in fact I think that this is the first time I've heard about that card (the metallic one looks cool ) so I'm not sure what's causing the problem, but what Upgrade00 makes a lot of sense. If they charge minimal fees for each transaction, it makes sense that $0.24 is under the minimum threshold they have set to be able to withdraw. But I can't find it anywhere in their website, either.

Please, post a screenshot as suggested so we can help you instead of speculating about the reasons, or reach out to support and let us know what was the reason, for future similar cases.

What gives?

Contact card support, you won't get any real help in this forum.
They released new card not long ago, so it's possible to see a bunch of bugs and issues.
I don't like metamask wallet and I never used their card, but they claimed it was non-custodial.
