How do I migrate original Tronix tokens from Ethereum to new Tron Network?

I currently have my TRX tokens stored on my Ledger as ERC-20 tokens on Ethereum, but I’d like to move them to the Tron Network to be able to sell them. Binance and other exchanges do not accept the original version of TRX tokens so I need some other solution if there is any?

I had experience successfully migrating old TRX tokens using their migration contract. Exchanges no longer accept ERC20 TRX tokens, I also did not find a portal for migration then, so I had to manually send tokens to the migration contract. I do not remember the details, I will try to find an article with instructions for you.
