Best way to buy cryto with WISE? Or anybody selling?

Hey there. Since my wise card gets declined at all the instant crypto sites (guess because I live in Japan and regulations have become stricter) and i am looking for a place where I can buy crypto wise WISE (transfer or card).
I don't want to buy much actually, just around 300euro worth. Was looking into Paxful but some offers there seem quite sketchy to say the least, so I'm not so sure about that actually. Also it seems the waiting time for withdrawals from the site might get long in some cases, which i don't want/need.

Any recommendations or experiences?

Obviously if there was a reputable member here I would also deal with that person, but since 99% here really take their privacy very serious, for obvious reasons, that option seems unlikely. Also obviously, with the right person I will send first + give some % on top.

Can you clarify some things? Like, your Wise card is blocked from any crypto-related site or only in instant crypto exchangers/ swap services? If your Wise card is blocked on any crypto site, then you probably can't put it on any other. Also, you want Euros and not Yen. You are an EU citizen living in Japan? If that's the case, then there is a chance to find a different solution or create a new account/ card with another provider. I might be able to help you out, but I need to know the above.
As for Paxful, indeed, it has some issues and it also has limitations. So, if you use it, it won't be for a long time, and for sure you will have to wait a bit for any withdrawals.

I didn't say that you want Yen instead of crypto, but since you are in Japan, why use Euros instead of Yen. Since you explained that you are an EU citizen, it makes sense.
One way is Revolut. You can open an account with your passport (and a phone number), and as far as I know, they are also available in Japan (for Japanese citizens). Check their site for any questions that you might have regarding your situation.

If you can get Revolut, it will be easier to find someone from your friends circle and make a trade, or from here. Plus that you can buy through them any crypto, at least the major ones. Although their fees are higher than usual exchangers. You can also check Bestchange and Kyknot; they might have some other options available.

The thing is, when I register at like Revolut or whatever, I still gotta enter my Japanese address I think, even my EU passport has been issued here cause the old one expired a while back. So there might be restrictions yet again when I will use that new card.  

To be fair, my friends circle isn't into crypto, especially in Europe. It some were I would have asked there. Too bad.

Still looking by the way. I also registered at LocalCoinSwap, maybe that will be an option for me if I can't find anybody in here, which it actually looks like tbh.

Edit: Sent a PM 18 hours ago, several times online and no reply. Not interested in dealing with this guy anymore. Made a deal on LocalCoinSwap now, 5% fee was acceptable.
