I don't think that the main factor in love for gambling is high income. Rather, it is culture and the desire to forget about problems. This means that in my experience, poor countries are more susceptible to gambling than rich ones.

Are you sure? Here in my country which is known as the biggest Moslem country, in fact the number of gamblers is considered as huge.
