Based on point 11.4 of your TOS, it appears that you'll ask for KYC stuff in certain cases.

BTW, in point 5.1, there was a mention of refunds on receiving different amounts that exceed by more than 10%... I didn't see any fields for refunds, so am I correct in assuming that this part is automated?

Is it possible to specify which liquidity provider is in question?
Some of the most frequently used ones are not the most desirable to use, such as FF, Changelly, Whitebit, and Changenow. They often do not even have sufficient KYC for refunds.

This is what I saw, and it made me wonder why you would grab their exchange rates, yet they are also an instant exchanges. The only logical reason is that you are partners, or you are just a third party using another instant exchange as your liquidity provider.

Of course! At this stage, since we've just launched, we’ve chosen Quickex.io as our initial liquidity provider.
We’ve personally used their service many times and never encountered any unexplained blocks.

In the near future, we plan to integrate additional liquidity sources such as Rapira, HTX, and of course ff.io.

As for your second question: there’s no direct affiliation — we’ve simply chosen them as a temporary liquidity source.
As you correctly noticed, we currently base our rates on theirs.
It was the most convenient solution to get the service up and running as quickly as possible.

It sounds like the website is about a cryptocurrency monitoring platform or an exchange monitoring platform, similar to Bestchange, and I believe I am not the only person who shares this opinion. A better short domain name could be better. It would be easy for people to remember the domain name.

You created the announcement thread in July 2025. On your website, you listed some partners, and you consider forums like BitcoinTalk and Token Forum as partners, which is somewhat misleading.

I believe there is room for improvement in your announcement thread. You should have a more visually appealing announcement thread.
