What is the name of the platform that you are referring to?

If it is a custodial platform, you can contact the platform customer care if the platform is still existing.

But if you have the email that you used to register, that should be able to help by trying forget password. I have used this to recover many of my accounts on custodial platforms.

If it's an old platform or wallet that's no longer existing, I guess that they have given a notice before they were about to shutdown the service. And if they have made a note that all not withdrawn XRPs are going to be theirs and kept if no one claims it. For how long that wallet was already out? Say that it's a success you're able to contact the support but, that might be the response that they'll give to you.

Custodial means the company take care of the address and you will have no access to its asset if they decided to cut some access that's why people in this forum highly advised to use self custody wallet.

The only way is to contact them, who knows if they still allow withdrawal. Try to find their explanation about the shutdown of their services maybe you'd find some email to contact to.

This was from the XRP LABs 1000 XRP giveaway I belive it was the original ripple wallet that became gatehub but since i'm a US citizen i'm no longer allowed to even use their platform ...

Well as you can see the account was 'activated' by the Ripple Wallet on xrpscan.com their platform no longer has the damn ripple wallet i forget what it was called but it was like gatehub or something like that its been so damn long lol.

Oh, you are still talking about ICO platform type of shit, it's long gone time ago, I was thinking you were talking about a decentralized ripple wallet where you still have your private keys. There is nothing you can do about it, and that no body can help you out either if the site is shot down or your funds can't be found anyway.
