I think this season is for the English teams, but I am not certain. I doubt if arsenal would be able to beat paris siant Germain FC at the champions League final.

Arsenal getting back into form still doesn't change the fact that they are no longer playing attractive football like they did when the season first started.

Even arsenal winning the premier League title is not still certain, and it will be very disappointing if they finish this season without winning a trophy. Crystal Palace on the other hand may reach the conference League final today, but it is not certain that they would win it.

English teams always have their own standard, and they have done impressively. Even if their performance has never been ideal in UEFA events, they still have a good difference of quality and performance level in this season. Many teams have done a good job in all UEFA events, and now they are having 3 finalists.
 
Crystal Palace and Aston Villa are looking strong to win, while Arsenal is having the toughest challenge because PSG and Luis Enrique have done a good job in the last few games, and their biggest win against Bayern Munich gives them a good advantage in the final still Arsenal is also capable of giving their best and winning this biggest European trophy.

Arsenal always feel pressure near the end of season this increases their problems, but now in this season they are looking much better and have a good chance to win the double.

I'm not sure giving conference league winners a direct champion league spot would be the best move, the Europa league already has a bigger level of competition so the rewards truly makes some sense. If the same thing happens with the conference league, UEFA might ended up making UCL qualification a bit too easy for some teams.

Conference League is the third European competition which teams that finished on the 6th and 7th position participate in. This shows that these teams ain't that strong that season. For that reason, the winner will automatically qualify for Europa Competition in order for the team to showcase their strength in a higher competition because FIFA believes they will be able to cope with the competition.

It will be unprofessional for the Conference League winner to automatically go play in the Champions League that's for the champions and teams that finished on 2nd to 4th position. How do you expect the winner from Conference league to cope in this competition. They might end up losing all their matches because their level of performance will be lower than the other clubs that fought for their qualifications to the Champions League. You take one step at a time.

Different leagues have different perspectives and performance levels. We can't compare them because few leagues are having the toughest teams in their first half, like the Premier League, and few have a big difference of performance and quality this makes things chaotic.

Crystal Palace are having good performance in the Premier League with they are always challenging other league teams. In the first leg they completely outclassed Shakhtar; this was shocking this season. Now three teams are in the UEFA finals; it's amazing, even Nottingham Forest fighting in the semifinal, which was fighting for survival in the Conference League. It's a good addition to UEFA events; this will help teams to improve.

But the odds have always been high for the English clubs regardless of the season. Even in those seasons, Real Madrid had a three-peat. The likes of Manchester City would have high odds of reaching the final or even winning the trophy. Also let's not forgot that English Premier League is given extra slots for the UCL, so there are higher chances of making it to the final compared to clubs from other countries

 For the first time in Crystal Palace's history, they have qualified for the UECL and I must say I never had a doubt about their capabilities. I had three candidates to lift the trophy, them, Rayo Vallencano or Fiorentina but as it is, they're in the final and are up against Rayo Vallencano. I don't know if this has happened before but this is the first time I'm seeking an all English final across the three types of competition in Europe and yesterday after Crystal Palace got the first goal from an own goal, I knew it wasn't going to be an issue for them being that they had an impressive performance in the first leg.
 We can all say Oliver Glasner has had an impressive record as being the coach of Crystal Palace ad Roy Hudgson will be pleased over the the fact that he left the club in safe hands.

I want Shakhtar to win conference league this year but Crystal Palace is quite a challenging team for them. It will be very difficult for them to make up for the defeat they suffered in the first leg. They tried to push a bit in the first half but they could only manage a draw. Going two goals ahead in the second half seems like it would be a miracle for them. Let's see if Arda Turan and his players can advance to the final.

They needed a miracle against Crystal, and they couldn't. Naturally, they didn't make it to the final. They had a bit of bad luck with the rules; they drew the toughest and strongest opponent. Crystal, having reached the Conference League final, will win the cup. Although Rayo is a strong team, they don't stand much of a chance against Crystal.

Palace won 2-1 from Shakhtar in the 2nd leg of the Europa Conference League . Although Shakhtar dominated overall. In the first half 68% of the ball was controlled by Shakhtar 0.54 xG 9 shots but a slight mistake in the 25th minute led to an own goal making it 1-0 for the palace but after some minutes Equinaldo scored an equalizer in the 34th minute. In the second half again 64% possession 8 shots didn't help much Shakhtar to get any other goal but Sarr in the 52nd minute scored the 2nd goal for Palace making it 2-1 . On aggregate Palace won by 5-2 . Now next they are going to face the Spanish side Rayo Vallecano

Yeah that's true. The money spent on recruitment and salaries are higher in English Premier League because the money generated from the league is important and this boost the league quality way beyond the other leagues.

That's correct also but it wouldn't be a significant factor alone because La Liga and Serie A aren't far from this situation and it depends also from the extra slot offered by the winner to its league.
EPL is superior to the other leagues and that's a fact. I wouldn't rule that the other teams might have a chance to win one or more final game of course.

This is just another example of how the English football league is currently the strongest in the world, with the highest quality, the strongest marketing, finances, etc.
It seems to me that only a few clubs in Europe can currently keep up with this, PSG, Bayern, Real and Barcelona.
I think Arsenal will be a very tough opponent for PSG in the Champions League final and as for the other 2 competitions, Aston Villa is currently playing worse in the English league but Freiburg is not doing well in the German league either so it will be an interesting match.
Rayo Vallecano is in the middle of the Spanish league and this conference league final is their only chance to participate in European competition again next season and the same can be said for Crystal Palace.
I also give the advantage to the English representatives but it will be an uncertain matches.

In Champions League anything can happen and I would fancy an Arsenal title here though extremely unlikely as the PSG team has spent billions to build that dream team so most likely England should be happy with 2 trophies from European competitions and one finalist in Champions.

Naaa! Nope!! They're only after making profits. Who allows such important players to leave the club in such crucial times?! The worst thing is left without no backup players for these names who left the club. The club directors are profit oriented the absence of these players have not been felt or missed is all because of Oliver Glasner who has handled them well enough. He has made public complaints which also lead to him saying he'll leave the club after the Conference League Competition finals. He is doing a great job but let's call spade a spade, the management screwed him allowing his core players in defense and midfield to leave.

I think English teams will win the other cups besides the Champions League final. The Champions League is actually uncertain. Maybe Arsenal will have a good day and Paris Saint-Germain will win the next trophy. In that case, all three trophies will have been won by English teams, which might be something rarely seen in football history. I think the tournaments they participate in show how dominant England is in football. They are much better and of higher quality than other teams. The difference is easily felt, especially in the Europa League and the European Conference League.

Contrary to my expectations for English clubs this season, the English sides have being very tremendous this season, as it is right now, three English teams could end up winning all three European trophies if luck smiles on them. Arsenal will face PSG, Aston villa will face German side Freiburg and Crystal palace will be up against Rayo Vallecano, there are chances that the English clubs may clinch at least two of the three trophies pending on the strength of their opponents or who may be the underdogs when these matches take place later this month.

English clubs are really killing it this year! Like in every competition they have a club in the finale...

Just like Crystal Palace here in the Conference League. Their competitor is Vallecano who aren't in a so much different place in their domestic league. 

However the gap of quality between the clubs is just really big! I don't think Glasner would miss the chance of a trophy and an EL league phase qualification.
