The game just took a sudden twist as crystal just conceded two goals in just little time and now they are losing the game but the away have suffered a red card which will open more advantage for them to take advantage and equalize the game possibly even win the game too as there is still time in the match for crystal palace to salvage the game.

I’m so disappointed of crystal palace after I saw their finally results against KuPS, imagine the all Crystal Palace can’t win common KuPS easily and right from the first half they was leading them by 1-0, but with the much efforts of the KuPS they able to equalized back when they returned back to the second half also add their second goal in the 53 minutes of time; their 2 goals is just three minutes intervals.

But by the time KuPS received a red card when the match was almost come to end the red card really affected their performances that’s why crystal palace where make uses of the advantage and equalized if not they couldn’t lead the game to draw.

However, I think Samsunspor's quality is inferior to other elite European teams. What makes this competition interesting is the performance of European teams I've never heard of against teams from Europe's top leagues.

Yes, Crystal Palace's performance in the Premier League is quite good, even though they're currently in 5th place. Why isn't their performance so good in the Conference League compared to other clubs, who aren't as strong as they should be? In their last match, they only managed a 2-2 draw against KuPS, who played with only 10 men from the 73rd minute.

But this is better than Fiorentina; at least they drew. As for Fiorentina? It's even worse. They even lost their last match against Lausanne today. They lost 1-0, having 52% possession, 12 shots, but zero goals. It's really miserable.

But fortunately, both Crystal Palace and Fiorentina are still in the playoff qualifying round.

Samsunspor has performed well during their time in the European league this season where the Turkish team that was considered weak has proven that they can also compete with other European teams, for their victory I was very impressed so that the prediction of Mainz to win easily against the Turkish team is not real.
The European League competition is getting more interesting with the presence of other big teams with extraordinary performance, only the quality of Samsunspor is still from the remaining teams in the next round.

Mainz, a city with a population of 220,000, has over 30,000 fans in its stadium. Mainz is currently last in the Bundesliga. Samsun, on the other hand, is a city with a population of 1.5 million. If this match were in Türkiye instead of Germany, there wouldn't even be 10,000 people in the stadium in Samsun. The love and passion for football is something else entirely, and this passion doesn't exist in Türkiye. Mainz deservedly won and advanced to the top 8.

Samsun will play in the play-offs. I don't think they'll get through the play-offs either. They'll most likely be eliminated. Thoma Reis will also leave the team soon. It won't be that long. I don't think he'll finish the season.

Crystal Palace was this - close to loosing. They really did think Kuopion would a very easy win for them and wanted to end the game right from the first half, scoring the first goal and were able to hold on to it through the entire first half but, it seems the dressing room instruction got the Kuopion team charged up real good and very early in the first half, they got their equalizer and while the celebrations was still on, they followed up with a second fail to take the lead.

Glasner thought they could hold on and was still withholding his strikers until that red card. It was a foot up though but, you just know Crystal Palace would assert their dominance after then. Sharing points didn’t do much good but with a one man down, it’s commendable.

Yeah, i totally forgot that due to their busy schedule especially against Arsenal next days. They played with the depth squad, which is full with you lads. I identify it as the reason why their gameplay is full with mediocrity. Even Esse was so dreadful in this game.
I undetstand rotation was a must considering they can't play with the main team straight 3 games in 6 days, but this is so embarrassing.

I still feel a bit disappointed with how Glasner was too late in putting some main guys to kill the game. However, it should have a win game for them considering their quality.
They really underestimated KuPS in this game. Glasner truly destroyed my bet, but i accept the lose and move on.

EDIT: The opponent in playoffs isn't decided yet. It's going to be KuPS or KF Shkëndija. Samsunspor are much better than both. In case of reaching last 16, a really tough matchup is waiting for them no matter it'll be Rayo or Shakhtar.

Once again, it has been shown that this type of competition format is ideal for so-called small clubs and countries like Celje, Rijeka, Zrinjski, Shkëndija, etc. It used to be unthinkable for these clubs to advance through the group stage of the competition and reach the spring of European competitions, but after the recent changes to UEFA rules, this has become possible, and it means a lot for the development of clubs and football in these countries.

There were a few results in yesterday’s Conference League matches that were unexpected for me. Crystal Palace couldn’t win their home game against KuPS and ended up with a 2–2 draw. Fiorentina lost away to Lausanne. Of course, I knew that La Viola are at the bottom of the Serie A table, but I didn’t think they were playing that badly. Although maybe for these teams the Conference League isn’t that important, and they’re saving their main strength for the league.

The league leaders Strasbourg are probably considered the main favorites to win now. I’d also add Rayo Vallecano and Shakhtar to the list of favorites.

Samsunspor failed to win away as I had expected. Although Mainz are in a poor position in the league, they are among the teams most likely to comfortably finish in the top eight in the conference league. Looking at their form here, we can now say that they will finish there. Mainz won 2-0 with goals in the 44th and 48th minutes, securing the three points. With this defeat, Samsunspor suffered their second loss and dropped to 12th place.
Strasbourg did not make any mistakes against their weak opponents at home and managed to secure the three points by beating them 3-1. They are currently top of the Conference League and I think they have now guaranteed a top-eight finish. Strasbourg are really strong compared to their rivals here and I'm not surprised they are top.

What a shameful end of campaign in this event as they were leading but suddenly gone down badly right now have 7 matches without winning any, 4 matches long losing streak must be a terrible performance from them in last few games. Most chances now they will be going down in Super League as well because their morale is down, and their depth is also not enough for having any win.

In this match against Mainz they were clueless as their attack was not good, and their defense is already leaking too many goals, after this game now most chances they are having not good chance for going to next round because their attack and defense both are awful they needed good changes in January if they want to stay alive at the top level.

AZ Alkmaar drew 0-0 at home against Jagiellonia. Even if they had won the match, it wouldn't have changed much. We can say that the match ended in a draw because nothing would have changed for either team. As the home team, Alkmaar played more aggressively and created more scoring opportunities but failed to score.
Crystal Palace drew 2-2 at home against KuPS. Had Palace won the match, they might have finished in the top 8, but KuPS earned points from this away game, giving them a chance to finish in the top 24.

I agree. Unfortunately Samsunspor team is not ready for this tempo. The transfers needed to be completed earlier so that the new players could adapt to the team more quickly through an intensive summer camp.
Anyway its a bit late for that now. But they should accept this year as a season of experience and part ways with the players who have become a burden at the 1st and 2nd division level. So that they can enter the second half of the season and the next season more strong.

It is nice to see a team from my country - Samsunspor - in knockout round playoffs. Top 8 was also very possible but they finished their chance by themselves as they lost in an easy match in Round 5.

I would love to see them reaching at least the quarter finals to bring more points for our league. However they still don't look ready for a bigger challenge. We saw it against Mainz too. I hope they at least reach Round of 16 by eliminating one of probable easy targets for them.

My honest opinion, there are so many clubs in conference league that came from nowhere. I was unfamiliar with them XD. However, i'm still having guts to do parlay. There are still some opportunities served this week like Palace, Strassbourg, and Shaktar that will face easy opponents.
That's why i'm doing three legs, and all of them are straight bet. The reason is clear the teams that i bet came from better league than their opponent. Better league means better player, quality, and everything. Rationally, my choices have greater chance to win, right?

Is there someone else doing parlay here? It's interesting to see what's your choice.

Crystal Palaceade all of us to lose bet yesterday, they were supposed to won that match and most of us played them to win. Unfortunately,  they were unable to win and it was only luck that made them to get a draw rhe match because they were already losing the match before they got the equalizer.  It's so funny how a team we thought would win the trophy have to struggle to get a draw. They still have a better chance ahead, the last match will be like an eye opener for them never to underestimate any club.

That draw really felt strange. Palace looked like a team that missed European matches a bit too much and ended up gifting themselves two extra games in February. Not beating KuPS at home is genuinely shocking, especially with a top-8 spot on the line. Palace were very close to losing this one, and that alone tells you they seriously underestimated the opponent.
