Samsunspor struggled to score in their first match in Europe with their new manager, as some tactical and technical aspects had obviously changed. I watched the match, and frankly, if the penalty hadn't been missed, the match could have ended differently. It was unexpected for a player like Ndiaye to miss the penalty, but he failed to capitalise on the opportunity, and our representative could have turned the match around from that point on. At least, in terms of head coaches, one German handed the team over to another German. German discipline will continue.

I hope the new coach Thorsten Fink can do a good work. The next competitor - in case of advancing to next round - is going to be Rayo or Shakhtar. That'll be hell of a challenge for the new coach!

Wow, Fiorentina has finally found a competition where it can actually win 
And score 3 goals in one match, not forgetting they are averaging 1.1 goals in Serie A.

Must be a bit of an eye-opener for the strength of the competition...I mean...
Mainz is placed 14th in the Bundesliga, ended 7th, Laussane is 8th in the Swiss one, it was 9th here.
And the second team on the board is right now struggling in Ekstraklasa in 7th place with nearly as many losses as wins.

I don't think palace has won a match in their last thirteen games. I wasn't surprised because win or draw has always been a regular outcome for crystal palace. Zrinkski has only lost four matches in their domestic league so they are in form but nevertheless I expected Crystal Palace to defeat them. Crystal Palace sold their key players, and now it is affecting them massively in all competitions. Same Crystal Palace won Liverpool last season in the finals, now they can win Zrinkksi, a club I have just come to know of. In the absence of Guehi, Eberichi Eze, things have not been too well for them even in the Premier League. Mateta was about to leave. Good thing the deal did not get through. Hopefully, Crystal Palace will win the next fixture.

I knew that Crystal palace were not in good form. Even then, they should have won against a team like zrinjski. Crystal palace tried hard to win this match. If their defenders had been able to perform well, then maybe they would not have lost the match.

Zrinjski players  managed to take only 5  shots. The team had 31 % ball possession. The match was dominated by Crystal palace. They had 69% ball possession and also had a lot of attacks. Even then, the team was not able  to score more than one goal. Maybe they  will perform better in the second leg home match.

Playing draw at first leg and away match not really bad for Crystal Palace because still has chance performing better second leg exactly by playing home will make more difference. Since has bad trend performance in domestic league, Crystal Palace not perform well in Conference League and must playing the playoff round if want to qualify knock out round.
Have to withdrew Crystal Palace from the Conference League team winner has bad performance in domestic league as usual lead the middle top standings but right now has few points left with the relegation team.

Crystal Palace is the only team from England who is not performing well in the European competition as all other teams are doing well namely Nottingham Forest and Newcastle. Crystal Palace could not win the Bosnia & Herzegovina team Zrinjski Mostar even when they scored first in the first half and the painful part is that they had many time to still score another goal after the first goal was equalized in 55 minutes, but they couldn't score again till fulltime. It was such an annoying game because they were supposed to score more than one goal. I don't even know what came over with Crystal Palace this season because last season they performed better and were winning matches consecutively. I can't remember Crystal Palace being in the 4th position in December, you may be right anyways.

The way Crystal Palace started the season if to say that’s how their performances by now they suppose be in a the 3rd or 2nd position of the table, but lack of inconsistency didn’t allow their performances progress and the most surprising thing is that even a team’s that people where hope that crystal palace can find it very easy to win; they are the one they struggle to draw against which is a big disappointment for them.

Currently now with the kind of situation that they are right now I don’t expect much from crystal place this season. Because a team that have made it into top four and now managing the 13th place, it prove that they won’t go anywhere anymore they should just and rest that will be better.

The is the basic of everything and no one that is active in football will see the league as unnecessary, what make them say so, most of the clubs we are analyzing and speculating today all started their journey from here we shouldn't underate any league at all, in fact local League is where the real football happens, and any clubs that perform well on local League definitely championship matches won't be a too much hard thing for them to scale through.

Being the host nation can boost the team's confidence.

I have come across some poor performing teams in their domestic league doing so well in different European competition it's not bad to see that happening because some of them channels more of their energy to the competition with the hope of getting promotion from here if they succeed in winning the trophy. Any team that is involved in this competition will have more revenue and their fans will be happy watching them I don't think it's something any one should see as unnecessary because their team is not in the competition but supporting other teams that are playing is part of the beauty of the game.

This leads me to think that in the second leg against Zrinjski, Crystal Palace might lose.

I watched the first game between Crystal Palace and Zrinjski and I'm not quite as optimistic as you are that Crystal Palace will easily go through to the next stage of the competition, or even win this competition at the end of the season.
Honestly, even though the Zrinjski players are worth 10-20 times less than the Crystal Palace players, it didn't show on the field and Zrinjski was better and deserved to win.
In the return match, I also expect a very difficult game for Crystal Palace. If they want to win, they will have to play much better than in the first game in Mostar.
With this kind of game and current form, Crystal Palace is certainly not the favorite to win any trophy this season.

Samsunspor has a significant advantage after winning the first away match 1-0. I believe our team, which is the heavy favorite in the home match, will comfortably advance to the next round. Unlike the away match, I think there could be plenty of goals in this encounter because Shkendija has nothing to lose and may play more aggressively.
Rijeka managed to win despite playing poorly away in the first leg and secured an important victory to advance. At home, they will again be the favorites against Omonia, and I expect Rijeka to be the team that advances.

With this kind of game and current form, Crystal Palace is certainly not the favorite to win any trophy this season.

The draw against Zrinjski Mostar was beyond my expectations. A team from a major European league like Fiorentina managed to complete their task with a 3-0 victory, giving them a strong chance of qualifying. Meanwhile, Crystal Palace failed to even beat a team from the Bosnia-Herzegovina League. Palace dominated the match, but Zrinjski Mostar played very solidly. I still believe Crystal Palace has a better chance, as the second leg will be played in London. However, if they play like this, I don't see Palace as a team capable of winning the trophy.
On the other hand, two teams that caught my attention, Samsunspor and Rijeka, managed to win their first legs and maintain their chances of qualifying. Unfortunately for Rijeka, they will be without Tornike Morchiladze for the second leg after receiving two yellow cards in this match.
