For sure we should have a separate wallet that is dedicated for holdings that using a regular wallet that could easily get compromised or hack, at least wallet we don't transacts that often it would serve as our storage to hold bitcoin over there immediately we received payment from projects over here.

It's better we seek good knowledge from different sets of experienced members to achieve a common goal. Although some people's lives are full of risks, some risks may end up in scamming. In this era of modernization and you must be very active and aware otherwise, scammers will cheat you. If you are a victim of fraud then even if you try a hundred times later, it is impossible to get back the lost money.
